Great place to stay! Great location in the middle of everything! Locating the property was a little challenging to check in for someone unfamiliar with the area but the staff was great in assisting with that. Would highly recommend and the apartment had a clothes washer which was great!

Very modern. Super clean. Spacious. Very local. Super easy to navigate the city from their. Only a 15 walk from the metro from the airport. It is in the heart of the old city, lots of socializing into the night. So if you are an early to bed person (like before 12 or 1am) bring earplugs. Regardless. I am totally comfortable recommending it as a place to stay. Especially if you are looking for more of an apartment vs a hotel room.

Wonderful hotel close to everything

It was quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean. The room had the most amazing shower, which we especially loved after long days of traveling, then sight seeing. The laundry worked perfectly for us. There’s great shops and restaurants near by, it was perfect for sight seeing and enjoying meals and drinks. The only thing I’d recommend would be to include wash cloths in the bathrooms with the other towels. If we come to Valencia again, we would be delighted to stay here!

Wonderful stay

Absolutely beautiful amd very spacious apartment in the heart of the old town. It was such a great spot and yet no noise could be heard from outside. Lovely big comfy bed, great shower and all the extras in the room required. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend, we arrived 5 hours before check in so thought we’d drop the bags in, the staff were so helpful and they actually had a room available for us. The apartment itself was beautiful, everything was clean and very spacious, the coffee machine was a god send in the mornings and we were able to get refills from the reception area. The bed was huge and comfy, the living room had a lovely sofa and a huge smart TV. The balcony looked out onto the streets of Valencia and we even saw a local parade on the Saturday right from our balcony. The location was perfect, right in the centre of everything, however that did mean it was a little noisy at night, nothing we couldn’t sleep through though.

Fabulous apartment finished in quality furnishings, apartment was very quiet at night,ideal area for visiting old Valencia close to museums, interesting buildings and restaurants,not suitable for the beach area but local transport is close by if needed to visit.

Great place to stay! Quiet, safe, and modern.

A very modern, well equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood in Valencia. We we just around the corner from cafe's, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay in the the Feten again. The building was very safe, the apartment was comfortable, the bathroom was huge. We were within walking distance to the Central Market, the National Ceramic Museum and Serranos Towers.

Great location, quiet, and a very kind staff. Great suggestion from Guillermo for dinner. Honestly, the location could not have been better. Apartment was modern and neat with some great amenities. Easy access to public transportation if you feel confident in navigating bus/metro. Taxis are bit more available just outside the city center. So thankful for all the Nespresso, coffee is my love language. We loved our stay!

I would recommend this property to everyone! It was on one of the most fun streets in Valencia. There was food and shops all over the place. There was plenty of outdoor dining right outside the door. The building itself was really cool. High ceilings, exposed masonry, rain shower heads, very clean and just very pretty. I have no idea how they get it so quiet! If you open the windows, you can hear the busyness of the street, but the second it is closed it is the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And my favorite part were the receptionists. They were more than helpful and enjoyable to talk to. They were so knowledgeable about the city, taught us how to use all of the transportation options, told us how to get to places the cheapest or fastest ways, and gave us recommendations of things to do. They even helped us book again for November! I can’t wait to be back!

This is a luxury accommodation in El Carmen neighborhood. Contactless, Nescafé machine and 2 complementary pods. Condition immaculate but stains on sheets and sheets were rough. It was a huge place with terrace and big kitchen that you could live in but it was sad that it had no character. They gave us a free upgrade which was nice.
