The location of the property could not have been any more ideal. Just steps from the train station and walking distance to the cathedral. Property was clean and modern. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent, the hotel is so new and you can tell. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good enough. If there were more storage places in the room then it would be even better than it already is.

Overall its a very well located, very comfortable and stylish hotel. The room looks exactly as pictures, there is a safe in the room but no fridge storage, I didnt feel like I needed it but worth noting. The pool and terrace area were ok, pool is a bit small but it works, only thing was that the outdoor showers in the terrace did not work. I would definitely stay here again

Fabulous hotel! Great staff who were really welcoming, friendly and informative. Super clean and felt safe. Right in the city centre - 30 minute walk to the arts and science museum, and a 20 minute drive to bioparc zoo. The rooms were fairly basic but had everything you needed for a city break, and I couldn't have asked for any more! Small pool on the roof which was pleasant. 5 stars from me and would happily book again!

When I booked this hotel it had no reviews and seemingly mocked up images so I was not sure if it did existed as Google street view was not helpful either. It just turns out this hotel is brand new (for 2026) and is well worth a stay. The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms while small are comfortable but the big selling point is the rooftop bar and pool are the biggest selling points, a long soak after walking 21,000 steps in 33 degrees was the perfect way to end the day. Breakfast at 8 euros (if you book the night before) is also great with plenty of options available. The staff too were top notch, warm and friendly with loads of great advice for your stay.

Staff at this hotel are excellent. The location is great and rooms are efficient and typical of European mid price hotels. The problem is that the air in hotel smelled of sewer gas. We were given a new room with lesser smell but it persisted and we left a day earlier than we planned. València in general has seeee smell issues in August /September but this was a hotel problem especially on upper floors apparently as we were in 5 th floor. My partner found it unbearable, unfortunately. The A/C itself seemed to be circulating this odor so perhaps tackling that issue is in order.

The hotel had only been open a week so there were a few things not finished or working. However, the staff did everything to sort out problems, were always friendly and approachable. The breakfast was great, for €12, you could fill up and not eat until the evening. The rooftop terrace wasn't finished, but you could bask in the afternoon sun and will be lovely when the pool is in operation. The beds and pillows are excellent, very comfortable. Bathrooms are well equipped, the shower has dual operation and is very good. Nice design throughout, the rooms have proper air con as well. The location is fantastic for the city centre, and is close a metro stop. An Uber to the airport is around €14. Great hotel, even better staff. Loved being there, will definitely return.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Valencia. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Everyone was so polite and kind. The hotel was very clean and our room was a good size. On our last morning, the staff even offered us complimentary breakfast, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The only slight downside was that the room had a bit of an unusual smell, which we think may have been coming from the air conditioning. It wasn’t a cleanliness issue at all, as the room itself was spotless. We also would have liked a little more natural light, as the only windows were in the bathroom. As the hotel is very new, there were still some renovation works taking place in the lobby, but this didn’t affect our stay. Overall, my friend and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The wonderful staff and clean, comfortable accommodation made for a great experience and we would happily stay here again.
