「Condo was very nice. Discovered on second day that the fireplace in LR didn't work. Maintenance came out and discovered there was no cut off valve. The rep said that it hadn't been working since February and didn't know why it hadn't been fixed. She said something about it would cost 5,000 and the owner hadn't fixed it. 「Overall, the property is very located with easy walkability to town. There is also ample parking around to store your vehicle and an attached garage. The main draw-back was around cleanliness. The garage should have been at least leaf-blown. It was quite dirty even for a garage. Additionally, while in the bathroom there was a mouse that crawled under the door.
