「Like- workout facility big with lots of equipment; flavored water in lobby; spacious room with good bed; quiet halls. Disliked- gym was super hot (80 degrees); lots of amenities were down and not working or not serviced- floor ice machines, water filters, espresso machine…wondered if they were understaffed or things fell into disrepair. Disappointing because we came last year and everything was wonderful! This time, not so much.」

「The staff told me that they had zero parking and I could pay extra to have our vehicle in their parking garage down the street. We paid the extra $50 to have it valet in the parking garage. Next morning the vehicle is back in the hotel parking lot. All was good until this week we receive a parking ticket from the parking garage where they took our vehicle. Had to pay the parking ticket and would never recommend their so called parking garage valet. We want a refund of the valet fee and the money...
