「This hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport, so you don't mind traffic from the city to GIG, this is a good choice. However, don't expect too much from the amenities or the beds.　There are two to three airport shuttles per hour.」

「Rooftop area is lovely! The breakfast is outstanding and all the staff go above and beyond. A really pleasant stay. Copacabana is a very lively area and you need to stay vigilant so the hotel is an oasis of calm.」

「お値段の割に景色もよく　スタッフの方も優しかったです。治安も悪くなく近所にスーパーも多数あり便利でした。朝食もとても美味しく、コーヒーをサーブしてくれるスタッフさんもとても良いサービスをされていました。 唯一困ったのが部屋に設置してあるUSB電源が全て壊れていた事、そして電源プラグが深く　2つあった手持ちの変換プラグがひっかかってしまい　小さかった1個しか使えず充電に困った事です。１つでいいのでユニバーサルプラグがあると良いなと思いました。 あとブラジル全般でしょうがないとは思うのですがお湯がちょっと温度が低く冬場は寒かったです。その他はとても良かったです。」

「Arena Ipanema is an excellent choice for a hotel stay. Nice clean rooms. Included breakfast is a nice bonus. Great location, quick walk to Ipanema Beach, a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff was very nice from check in to check out (including housekeeping). They were quick to address the sudden loud noise coming from guests upstairs. 「The location is amazing, few meters from the Copacabana beach. We got lucky to get a room with views of the beach and Christ the redeemer. The staff were helpful and the breakfast tasty. They have great caipirinhas. The swimming pool is on the roof top and provides perfect spots for pictures. 」

「It was a good stay. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and delicious! The room was a bit dark, didn't get much sunlight. Our room had a view of the neighboring building. We only had a small view of the beach from the balcony. The shower hose was broken, the water was weak and it leaked. Still, thanks to the great staff, I’ll definitely come back to PortoBay.」
