"This hotel was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to stay in Civitavevchia prior to our cruise. It is perfectly situated on the waterfront and close to numerous restaurants and other attractions. The property seemed a bit dated but very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was great."

"Hotel is about 17 minute walk to cruise port. When asked about a transfer the day before we were quoted 15 Euro/person for a shuttle. The next morning the gal at the front desk said that uber and taxi could be unreliable but they could arrange a private transfer for us for $80 euro. We said we would just walk and took our luggage. They never mention a few minutes away was a free shuttle service that takes you directly to the cruise ships. We used this option but with no help from the staff. Would have been nice for them to give us the option!!"

"Really great spot if you are catching a cruise in Civitavecchia. This is a beautiful old building converted to a hotel. Perfect location, cafes next door. Our room was so reasonable, quite large and clean with everything we needed. Lovely people working there who carried our luggage up the stairs for us. No elevator."
