「What a lovely place, check in was nice & easy & the receptionist was very welcoming & friendly. We had a drink in the pub & all staff were super friendly, especially the lad who was also on check out this morning! We didn’t have breakfast as we went to my parents house nearby & my dad cooked for us 😊」

「Everything about our stay was perfect the staff very friendly and welcoming not to big the icing on the cake was the pool area swim and relaxing the food is something else all in all perfect 👌 Great for my wifes birthday thank you 」

「Do not disturb の札を掛けておいたが、無断で入られていて、テレビが壁から外された状態のままにされていた。フロントに行き理由を聞いたところ、テレビの調子が悪かったので修理を頼んだとのことだったが、前夜に付けた際は何の問題も無く映っていた為、不可解に思った。貴重品は持って出かけており、大抵の物はしまっていたため、何の被害も無かったが気持ち悪くなった。やたら朝食を薦めてくるが、宿泊代に含まれているのか確認した方がいい（単独で10ポンドもする）。安く宿泊出来たが、人に薦められるレベルではない。」

「The property is immaculate throughout. Very tastefully renovated. The history of the property was very interesting. All of the staff were fabulous, especially Ria, Freya and the bar/breakfast staff. The Hotel wasn't too far out. A 15/20 minute walk to the City Walls. I would definitely recommend a stay, we will be back.」

「me and my partner paid extra for private mud bath and spa the staff at the spa were excellent taking us to a private area and making us feel very welcomed around the area. The reception staff were also very helpful and the restaurant was a reasonable price amazing and fast service and the food was amazing would definitely recommend and be staying again」
