Welcome to the beautiful 'Red Rooster'! Three stories of fun with palm trees and clear skies at every turn. Plenty of natural light throughout this home with large windows and three balconies. Each boasting something special; lounge chairs, porch bed swing, and scenic views. A truly special home with 3 masters, a bunk room, and incredible outdoor space with access to the beautiful Seacrest community. 4 bed, 4.5 bathrooms - a perfect retreat for families and groups. - Large deck off the living room with Adirondack chairs and tables for lounging and enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
- Deck off the living room also wraps around to the front porch where you'll find additional lounge chairs
- Deck off the master on 2nd floor is a screened in porch with a super cozy large swing bed and additional chairs. Perfect for afternoon naps after a morning beach trip.
- Another balcony awaits you on the 3rd floor, great lil spot with 2 additional Adirondack chairs and table
- Backyard is a real treat! 2 grills on the patio and it backs up to the community park with corn hole, picnic tables, and bocce ball.
- 12,000 sq ft resort style pool! In the front of the home, you'll see a pathway that leads to the community pool. It's fantastic! Features include waterfalls, a kids splash zone, a poolside café, picnic tables, loungers, and umbrellas too.
- Walking trails. Over 1.3 miles of shaded walking trails through the community

1st floor –
- Primary bedroom with En Suite bathroom (shower/tub combo) King bed, Smart tv, ceiling fan, and plenty of storage
2nd floor—
- King bedroom with En Suite bathroom (shower/tub combo) King bed, Smart tv, ceiling fan, screened in porch here!
- King bedroom with En Suite bathroom (walk in shower and jacuzzi tub) King bed, Smart tv, and ceiling fan.
- Bunk room with En suite bathroom (shower/tub combo): 2 bunks with twin beds. Sleeps 4 total!
- Additional sleeping options: Sleeper sofa in living room and twin rollout bed in primary bedroom closet

The best part? Easy beach access:
- Seacrest community offers a private beach tram (March – October) that will take you directly to the beach. It runs daily from 9a-5:30pm and is less than 5 min walk from the home.
- You'll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you'd rather walk instead of ride! It's right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 8-10 min walk

Other things to note:
- Please note, the Seacrest Community HOA has a planned pool closure for 10/27 - 11/24 for resurfacing and improvements. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Parking is available in the driveway. There is space for 4 vehicles. Street parking is also available but limited.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Golf carts are no permitted in Seacrest.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. They must also be house trained. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
