This Fully Furnished Residence Features 1 Bedroom + Bunk, 2 Full Baths, 9ft Ceilings, Granite Countertops, Kitchen with full-sized Appliances and Breakfast Bar, Dining Room, Living Room, and upgraded Tile Floors Through Out. A Large Terrace with Magnificent Views is Accessible Off the Living Room, Complete Electronics Package with Flat Screen Televisions and DVD's. Can easily Accommodate 5 People.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
Sterling Breeze is located right on the beach, with a large gulf-front, overflow edge pool (seasonally heated), whirlpool spa, and a firepit. There is a poolside internet café and wine bar, state of the art 24-hour fitness center, free high speed internet access, and on property covered parking.
This resort is located on the Gulf shores of Panama City Beach, a half-mile-walk from more than 100 stores, restaurants, cinemas, and all sorts of entertainment at Pier Park. The parking garage is located across the street from the beach. A sky bridge connects the garage to the main building and condos.
There is a one-time parking fee of $50 per vehicle (plus tax)
Maximum of two vehicles per condo
Payment is made at the main lobby desk (open daily from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern)
Once payment is received, guests will be issued:
Amenity wristbands for pool, hot tub, and beach access
A valid parking pass to display on the dashboard
If you arrive outside of lobby hours:
Visit the security desk on the third floor of the walkover
If no one is present, call the posted number at the desk for assistance
Vehicle Guidelines and Restrictions
The maximum vehicle height in the garage is 7 feet
No guaranteed onsite parking for oversized vehicles
No outside parking is available
The following are not allowed on the property: scooters, golf carts, mini vehicles, boats, or trailers
Policy Update Starting June 30, 2025
Effective June 30, 2025, all guests will be required to purchase a resort pass, even if a vehicle is not being parked onsite.
Each $50 pass includes:
Parking permit for one vehicle
Amenity wristbands for pool, hot tub, beach access, and other resort features
A second resort pass must be purchased for any additional car.
