-- Parking & wristbands: A one-time fee of $103.68 will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

- Beach towels are not provided so please pack your own.

- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.

1125 met our families needs. Nicely decorated, and comfortable beds We loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony.Communications with property owners were easy to follow. Great location near Pineapple Willys and Walmart. We were able to walk. Easy walk to the beach.Likely to choose this place again in the future.
