"Ocean view from window but balcony access was toward parking lot. Most staff has English as second language so it can be difficult to communicate. Building in severe need of updating bathrooms on tides building are tiny. "

"Pool side wasn’t that clean. The staff was great. Outdoor pool was nice didn’t use laundry room did find personal paraphernalia wrappers under the bed kitchen supplies was very limited"

"Wanna start with the breakfast was amazing! Hotel is in a great area. However during my 7 days the elevator on my side of the building was out for almost half of it . The setup of the building makes you walk a lot . Many of the doors are always locked and the scan codes don’t work . Many visitors stuck at doors and letting each other in . Hot tub was not hot for 3 of the days . Pool is not heated so was really cold but the slide is fun . I pre checked in on the Hilton app the day before . I didn’t receive that room or a room even close to the side or location I choose even though I got there and was waiting at 9am . There was a fire in someone’s room at 11:30 at night so we all had to go to the parking lot for a half hour . No apology or even brought up after . Hallway carpet old on first floor. Fan in my bathroom didn’t work . Practically had to beg for the shampoo that should have been full for the week before we go there . Got it off a girls cart after asking the desk twice . They did room service only like twice that week. We just had to ask them in the hallway they were always just serving the new rooms not current guests. Overall after checking out then paying the extra almost 200 on resort fees and 160 on parking. I’m not sure the great breakfast was worth it . "

"Location is fantastic and convenient. Right on beach. 2 pools and hot tub. Outdoor bar. Laundry on site but we didnt use it. Plenty of parking across the street. Comfy beds. It has everything uou need though decor could be updated. But we werent in room a ton. Very reasonable price for what you get. Only things id improve are extra blankets in room, frying pan for kitchen (only had pots), and there really should be some sort of sidewalk to cross the street but really cant complain. Well worth what we paid. Walking distance to shopping areas and piers and more. We would definitey stay here again. "
