「Disregarding the feelings of guests and No help of staff when special issue occur! The location is not suitable for carrying luggage！Some facilities have problems ： hot water is not enough in bathroom!」

「Cannot say enough positive things about this stay over. The village was beautiful. The room was fantastic. And the view off the balcony: BREATHTAKING! They offer an amazing breakfast every morning overlooking the ocean and neighboring villages. Its absolutely right out of a movie. You just have to experience it for yourself. Words don't do it justice. Thank you for everything!!!」

「Vilma was great with the communication and allowing us to check in a little early. The property was located just a few blocks from the train station, which made getting our luggage to the property easy. The property was also located close to lots of shopping and ESPECIALLY wonderful food. We ate pasta at A’ Gostino, which was excellent and had steak at Nana Meat & Wine, which was superb and you’ll need a reservation. Both locales within a couple minute walk. I didn’t see a clothing iron or...

「The room was clean and in a great location. I would have given a higher rating except for the staff. The description stated that there was air conditioning and when we inquired about how to turn on, we were told that there is no AC (see prior comments on AC issues) due to the season. Poor description. When we claimed that the room was too hot, we were told that it was not hot, open a window or leave and find another place. We, as the guest, had simply asking why no AC and were met with...

「Antonio was very helpful meeting us to get us checked in, as well as providing great recommendations for both La Spezia and Cinque Terre. The place was lovely and clean as well, and in a good quiet location.」

「Calling this a Comfort Double Room with a Sea View is EXTREMELY misleading. There is no sea view unless you leave the room and go out onto a common area that you share with two other rooms. There’s nothing comfortable about the room - it’s just a room, barely big enough to fit the bed, virtually no amenities and barely enough room for a suitcase. The bedsheets are hard, uncomfortable, and loud such that you will likely wake your bed-mate if you roll over in bed. There are steep steps to the...
