Hi, this is Timber. I grew up in Palm Springs, and I got to experience all that it has to offer. Palm Springs has a certain feeling that you can’t experience anywhere else. There are festivals, parades, and fun for all ages and interests. It’s a quaint location with exceptional hospitality that is hard to find anywhere else. We hope you love Palm Springs and our condo as much as we do.
This condo is next door to the historical 1920s EL Mirador Bell Tower, the city's heart, and leads to the neighboring Movie Colony. This lovely getaway is in a beautiful, peaceful condominium named Rancho El Mirador, after the famous hotel. The Condo is an end unit with many windows and is highly convenient in the securely gated complex with beautiful mountain views. The complex contains many amenities like the picturesque pool (heated year-round) & spa, and a sunken tennis/pickle-ball court. The condo is in the uptown district and a 3-minute walk/block from downtown Palm Canyon Drive, containing all the restaurants, coffee shops & shopping. There are lots of enjoyable activities depending on guests' interests.
This modern condo contains 2 bedrooms and full 2 baths. The spacious primary bedroom hosts a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, large TV, desk for working, and access to the back patio through a private sliding door. Additional guests can sleep in the super comfy queen-sized bed in the second bedroom with a large TV. The home contains in-unit laundry, a dining nook that comfortably seats 4, a cozy living room, a large TV, and a stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining—the front patio overlooks the mountains and landscaping. A spotless environment and eliminate cloth materials except for bedding and towels. DIRECTV and Wi-Fi are included.
My wife, Timber, is from Palm Springs and was born at the El Mirador Hospital. This is our second home, and most of the residents are local. We Love the city and all its amenities, such as history, hiking, arts, delicious food, shopping, golfing, tennis, and gorgeous weather. We love Palm Springs and wouldn’t expect guests to love it if we didn’t.
