「It was a bait and switch. The photos of the VRBO were nothing like the room itself. Photos showed a kitchen, big balcony and tub. When I got to the room after a long day of travel it was basic hotel room. I went down to the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything because it was booked through VRBO.. I have photos of what was promised and what was delivered. Bait and switch. Don’t recommend 」

「When doing a VRBO at a timeshare property is challenging. There is an extra step (which I don't know what it is) that needs to happen in order for them to find your name. The employees at the property are outstanding. The unit needs a little updating but was clean and comfortable with a lovely view.」

「Overall, we enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the property. I have two complaints. One, was the check-in process was a nightmare as the reservation was booked under multiple names including mine (Great), and the host or hosts which made everything super confusing for Marriot's staff. I was told at check-in that they had my reservation, but it was multiple, and I'd have to check out and check in multiple times throughout my stay. While I thought this was fixed at check in, I got a call...
