"The hotel was Ok. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had we paid for 3 people - 2 adults and one child. when we were checking in at the hotel. We were told our reservation is only for two people and we have to pay extra. Will open dispute via credit card as we got no support from the hotel or expedia"

"The breakfast is repetitive; one must make a reservation for it given the extremely limited space and the hotel's capacity. There is only one machine for lattes, espressos, etc., which results in lines to get a drink. The rooms lack soundproofing, and you can hear every conversation and shout from inconsiderate tenants; my room had a broken shower hose."

"Large rooms, clean, modern hotel that has all the amenities you could possibly want. In Rome it’s hard to find hotels that have gym, AC, free snacks, amazing staff, wine vending machine, rooftop terrace and fantastic restaurant. The bonus - it’s also in the heart of most major attractions: 10-15 min walk to Trevi fountain, Colosseum, Spanish steps, etc . We even took their cooking class which was fun for all ages. "

"Didn't use the A/C. Disappointed with the view so we were moved to a higher up room but the view wasn't much better. As a vegan, I pre warned the staff on reception but all I could have for breakfast every day was cereal and oat milk - not good value for money. The building is big and impressive but a little tired and dusty in some areas. The corridors outside the rooms could be quite noisy, with doors banging etc. Good location though and very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the hotel to others, but I probably wouldn't stay there again. "

"Really pleased I picked this hotel. Was very clean, lovely bright rooms, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast and bar area and really nice roof terrace for aperitivo! Literally the only thing that I would have liked is a coffee machine in the room but the bar had very nice coffee anyway. I would definitely recommend."
