「Breakfast buffet was delicious. Chef made homemade Filipino breakfast. Staff were very attentive from receptionist to drivers. Csmn goes above and beyond in the house restaurant. Erika gave an amazing Hilot massage. Maintenance staff responded right away when there were technical problems with the AC and safe box. Love the happy hour at the pier with spectacular view of the bay. There was construction in many areas of the resort hence I took off one star for cleanliness of the property. 」

「スタッフさんが感じが良い 何かの要望にも迅速に対応してくれる湯沸かしポット頑張ったねあると良いと思った（お湯下さいお言うとポットに入ったお湯下さる（時間経つと冷める）夕食はいまいち（朝食は工夫されてて良かった）シェフが違うのかもしれないです💦夜のディナータイムの弾き語りの男性歌手さんとても上手です。毎晩歌ってくれます。街からも港からも近くてオプション行くにも便利なは立地 お」

「買い物、食事場所には、10分ほどかかりますが、私は、好きなホテルです。次にコロンに行くようなことがあれば、コロンウエスタウンほてるにします、」

「タウンから微妙な距離。歩けるけど上り坂がややきつい。 部屋は広い。けど古い。レストランは朝食だけ。 ネコが人懐っこい。猫好きには最高？」

「口コミで施設はできたばかりで綺麗だけど、毎日の部屋のクリーニングがないと読み気にしてましたが、宿泊してみると言わなくとも毎日キチンと部屋のクリーニングをしてくれましたし、ホテルフロントスタッフがとても親切で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。ホテル周辺は、スラム街で少し不安を感じましたが、ドテルテ大統領のおかげでしょうか、以前はいたらしいドラッグ使用者は今はおならず何事もなかったです。また、泊まりたいと思ったホテルでした。」

「Overall, it was a satisfying stay!! What makes the experience wonderful were the staff. The services were excellent. Although, the cleanliness is just fair enough most especially the toilet, still manageable. However, what makes it a great place to stay is its strategic location that is close nearby to everything and the room accommodation is competitive. The transport transfer was easy breezy. If you want some tour package, the hotel also have it. Excellent stay! Highly recommended!! 」

「ホテルは町の中心から離れていて静か。町にはトライシクルで10分ぐらい。一人15ペソ。ホテルの雰囲気は良いが、滞在中はプールの改修工事が行われてて、プールの利用ができなかったのが残念。レストランで食事もでき、オーナーがドイツ人だからドイツ料理も食べることができ、宿泊客は割引もありお得。宿泊客の多くはドイツや他の欧州からの旅行者。部屋は簡素。シャワーのお湯が出にくい。インターネットはレストランの周りのみwi-fiあり。」
