The staff are very accomodating and helpful. The room for family is very cozy, two single beds and 1 king size bed were perfect for us. The room price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

We booked this hotel mainly because of the swimming pool, so unfortunately we were very disappointed to find out upon arrival that the main pool was under maintenance. We could only use the kids’ pool or a pool across the road at a different hotel. We really wish we had been informed beforehand, as we would have chosen a different hotel. The concierge service could also have been better, but the staff were responsive when we had issues with our room. The phone wasn’t working and the third bed wasn’t initially available, but both issues were promptly sorted out when we raised them. The hotel itself could definitely benefit from some refurbishment. The location is okay, especially during the daytime when tuk-tuks are readily available to get into town. Overall, the stay was okay, but better communication about the pool closure beforehand would have made a big difference.

Le personnel est au top, toujours souriant et nous aide pour toutes nos demandes . Piscine sympa après les journées balades. On y mange bien pour ceux et celles qui ne veulent pas forcément ressortir après une journée chargée.

Staff were very friendly accomodating and very helpful in all we need. Rooms are ok and comfortable. A very quiet ambience. the breakfast buffet were just fine and you have an option to order an ala carte if you do not prefer the buffet dishes. We stayed at M02 Hotel for 6 nights and had a great experience. The staff were amazing—super friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind people who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The pool area is really nice and relaxing, and the food was very good as well. Going in, we knew the hotel was a bit outside of town, but it was never an issue since there was always a tricycle driver available to take us into town whenever we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend M02 Hotel.
