「Clean apartment. Too many steps. Very smelly undrinkable water, okay for laundry and showers. Had to pour Drano down the bathroom sink. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice setting, great porch. Needs water softener or purifier. Good appliances and bright lighting.」

「The property was very fresh and clean and the host response was absolutely perfect. One small issue is that it is an older home so it has a little bit of a mildew smell, so if you’re sensitive or allergic to mold or mildew, you may want to consider another place. Otherwise it was everything we expected and we certainly got what we paid for. Just a shout out to our house Kevin, you are the most accommodating and responsive host we have ever worked with. 「The view was amazing, but I really wish that there was a handrail entering the property. My other struggle was there was no place by the queen bed plug in cpap machine or your cell phone.」

「We liked the house and enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the location. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Easy to get around town. The interior is nicely done and the artwork is a nice touch. There is no dishwasher, which we didn’t realize. Just something to know. The couch in the living room needed replacing a few years ago! Also, parking in the back of the house is difficult. We didn’t try the garage, too tight. Tree roots pushing up the driveway paving makes backing out...
