「We had lovely time staying at the Cleveland Hotel. The room was excellent and the staff was very helpful.」

「Julia and Jamie were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was freshly cooked every morning, with plenty of choice available. The seafront with lots of restaurants and amenities are within walking distance, making it a very convenient location. The mattress was a little too firm for our liking. 「Lovely clean room and bathroom. Very good breakfast, well cooked and presented and plenty of choice. Staff very helpful. My only concern would be the steps up to the property they are not easy if you have any kind of mobility problem.」

「夜中にほかの客が騒いでいてなかなか慣れなかったが、スタッフが謝ってくれたので良かったです。」

「Great stay, room was large and clean, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent, so much choice and very tasty. Also got a car parking space on site. Hosts were lovely. Nothing to complain about at all🤗」

「Erica welcomed us like family. She took our breakfast order for the next morning (multiple choices) upon check in and walked us to our room. We enjoyed a drink on the patio with excellent view. The chef made an excellent breakfast.」
