"Such a beautiful property. We had an ocean view. Very clean and comfortable unit. Lovely patio and beautiful surroundings. We didn’t need the air conditioning (extra cost) with the fan and the ocean breeze we were completely comfortable sleeping. We hope to return someday for a longer visit. "

"The size was a little small for 4 people. We weren’t there long so we managed. Available Parking spots were not easy to get near the condo. Also I was missed that there were stairs in the condo. The location was a bit of a drive to some sites. The condo property was landscaped very nicely and was very close to the ocean, Black Sand & a delicious bakery. "

"We stayed 2 nights. Had a fantastic time. Kitchen was well equipped and the pool and hot tub were dreamy. Quaint but perfect for ending an adventure in Hawaii. Host fantastic!"

"The unit is outdated and needs TLC. We had to kill ants daily and found them in the bed frequently. The smoke alarm was not operational (no battery). The property complex is very well maintained and staff are very friendly. The pool/hot tub are great and have an amazing view of the ocean. I would highly recommend the complex just not our unit. "

"This property is located in a perfect location. You get an ocean view, the pool and spa are a few steps away, and the Punaluu Black Sand Beach is less than a half-mile away. We found the property very relaxing. Just a few negatives: the bed could have been more comfortable, you could hear every movement from the neighbors upstairs, the drawer with the spoons/forks/knives wouldn't open all the way because it hit the stove. We stayed four nights, and enjoyed the vibe of the place."
