"This is a cute little cottage, and we greatly enjoyed our stay here. The host thoughtfully provided many amenities, such as coffee pods, creamer, a microwave, a mini fridge, and plenty of towels and blankets (including blankets for our furry friends). The cottage was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Check in with smooth and communication was excellent. This is a great place! Only a few minutes from downtown Placerville and very affordable as well!"

"Stayed there with my sister for Mother's day wknd. Carpet in room had toenail clippings near the TV. No screens on windows, anyone could fall out if open. No fan in bathroom. TV remote was greasy and barely worked. Definitely will not stay there again."

"The property is nice and clean with beautiful view of the river. However, the heater didn't seem to work at night in freezing weather. We were very cold all night long. That ruined an other wise nice property."

"This is a old and historic bed and breakfast with lovely owners. It was a great location for walking downtown. It was cozy for my mother/daughter weekend. The breakfast was yummy and delivered to our door. The only criticism I have is that the cleaning of the bathroom could be improved. Specifically the floor behind the toilet, and the back of the cabinet over the toilet were bad, as if nobody had cleaned there in a very long time. Otherwise, everything was great."
