"There aren’t enough words to describe the magic of this property. We arrived after 22:00 in full darkness and woke up to the sounds of birds with a gentle breeze coming through the double doors on the balcony looking out over the mountains to the Mediterranean Sea. "This Villa is so beautiful & kept very clean. You do very much need a car as approximately 40 minute drive to Paphos Harbour & 30 minute drive in the other direction to Polis! The scenery around the Villa is stunning & is also very peaceful apart from being there when the Hunting season started on Sunday 24/08/25! The pool is an amazing size & good depth only thing the family found was the slope in the pool from shallow to deep end was constantly very slippery and the Roman steps into the pool was also slippery & felt it would be a good idea to put a handrail there! The only other thing we found was the hanging space in the master bedroom wardrobe was not suitable it had hooks pushed into the above shelf jotted around & was very awkward to hang clothes also the downstairs bedroom had no hanging space in the wardrobe at all! Communication with Katrina & George was superb & replied back to you almost immediately! Our family from Plymouth and us from Luton met at Paphos airport & spent 2 weeks at the villa and must say we have made some fantastic memories and had quality family time together! George popped round at the end off our first week cleaned the pool & did a couple off jobs, he brought us a lovely cake (and believe me it was so tasty) and picked some peaches off the trees for us, well they were beautiful tasty & juicy (Thankyou George) Hecalso provided all clean towels, bedding etc x Will definitely be returning as absolutely stunning "

Villa Triteos - 3 bed, 3 bath Stone built villa with private pool in Amazing Setting

"I cannot emphasise enough what a wonderful and truly amazing stay we had at villa Triteos. We were nervous at first due to the location being a little bit further out than we are used to but this actually added to the experience and meant we got to see the true beauty of the small local communities in the smaller less touristy villages. The villa itself is only a 10 minute drive from Polis and there’s a fanstastic taverna (water mill taverna) where we ate regularly which was around a 5 minute drive and also offered take away but the star of the show is the bbq area at the villa so you won’t be without choice! Debbie is a truly amazing host and gave us excellent advice and insight into where to go and do various activities during our stay. The villa was a home from home, very well thought out and the outdoor space is unlike anything we’ve experienced staying in other villas in Pafos! We are already looking to book again next year. If you are looking for a villa with a homely touch and amazing value for money for a couple or a family plus the added bonus of being owned by a wonderful local family, look no further 李"

"Great place to stay. Room was exceptionally clean and kept that way throughout my stay. The hotel overlooks the Mediterranean and sits apart from nearby hotels and bars which make its a peaceful place to stay. The breakfast eggs were fresh and the coffee (which I judge all hotel breakfasts by was strong). I'd stay here again!"
