Brilliant staff especially Anna and housekeeping. Very generous free wine and treats. We were thrilled.Enjoyed having music in the evening and the Japanese restaurant was great. A beautiful pool outside and the indoor pool was warm and fantastic. Luxurious sunbeds. We loved it. xx

This hotel was fantastic. The room was cleaned twice a day and the little touches made it e.g free drink on arrival, free fruit platter in the room, a chocolate per person left in the room each day! The hotel provide you with water when you arrived at the pool each day and when you returned to your room they had left you some more - definitely didn’t feel dehydrated! The staff couldn’t do enough for you and the food was great.

Our stay was wonderful, the rooms were lovely, the staff were excellent and the sea front location was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner options were very good and the bar service to the sun lounger was quick and efficient, with friendly staff.

The hotel was amazing. A proper 5* hotel. The staff were amazing and service was so quick. The breakfast was delicious with amazing options and the room was just beautiful. We didn’t arrive until 10pm at night and had a fresh plate of sandwiches/ wraps, snacks in our room as we obviously didn’t get dinner with being so late. AMAZING!

This is a wonderful hotel. Since rental cars are so cheap at LCA, highly recommend getting a car since this hotel has free parking. The staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the room with the hot tub on the balcony is superb. I'd recommend this place to anyone, it is perfect.

Great hotel! It is on the quieter side, if you want to just go and chill. The only thing I did not like was the fragrance machines, pumping really strong floral smells throughout the lobby (because I get migraines). But besides this, the staff, amenities and overall experience at this hotel were stellar.
