「Probably the coolest place I have ever spent the night. I stayed in 1 Writer's block and it was very quaint. Thunderstorms that night lit up the room every so often. Beautiful place.」

「Let me start by saying part of this was probably my fault because I misunderstood the instructions. We arrived, went to the porch of the house, entered the code provided in the email, unlocked the door, and went inside. Like most people, we looked around, brought our suitcases in, and got settled. A couple of hours later we left to grab something to drink. When we came back, the original code no longer worked. I called the number on the instructions, and they gave me a new code. It unlocked...

「This a 19th century hotel and has been kept to period. Bed was great, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close train station and located in historic district. Great experience!」

「The Blue Jay room is beautiful. It was well appointed, the bed extremely comfortable and the jacuzzi tub quite enjoyable. We enjoyed coffee and a game of billiards before we checked out. Check-in was easy and the owners communicated well.」

「Well maintained restored building in a small town. Clean and safe. Shops and eateries on Main St closed early so had to drive back to the interstate to find a place open. Pretty area, looks like shops are working to improve exteriors and there is a feeling of history and community.」
