「The hotel is set on a beautiful setting in a stunning village of kirtlington. The hotel itself is idyllic to look at from the outside with beautiful stone work. The hotel has a good outdoor seating area and a fantastic restaurant with tasty Indian food. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome. They are so passionate about their business it really makes your stay that extra special. The rooms are clear tidy and very cosy. 」

「We stayed for one night here to visit Blenheim palace as it was so close, we were warmly welcomed on arrival and showed to our room which was lovely and cosy and comfortable. It was a Saturday evening and we hadn’t booked a table for food but they kindly squeezed us in even though they were very busy, the food was very good as was the breakfast the next morning, there was a continental breakfast laid out and we had the choice of full English or different types of eggs, we chose to have omelettes...

「ホテルは快適でした。幹線道路に隣接していますが防音対策がしっかりしていたのでよく眠れました。設備もきれいで整ってました。オックスフォードは車での訪問なので問題なかったですがバスは4分ほど歩いたパークアンドライドのところまて行きまして街なかまで15分ぐらいなので車ではない方は少し不便かも。ホテルとしては良かったです。 」

「Had a nice stay at The Evenlode. Enjoyed the food. The room had everything we needed. Power sockets in good places, always important. Check in was easy, as was check out. Staff were friendly. A little concerned that the shower seemed to have two bottle of hand wash rather than shampoo and body wash. Overall a good stay. 」

「The building was incredibly cool. Lots of character and very well maintained. Our room felt luxurious and was very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the fan in the room. The continental breakfast was perfect, but the made to order hot food was fantastic as well! We only stayed for one night, but would have loved to stay longer.」

「This is a lovely and really old property with very interesting features. Unfortunately it is not now used to its full potential but was a comfortable place to stay for a night. We had everything we needed even though one or two places could do with updating. Meals, other than a buffet breakfast, are not provided, so it would be necessary to find somewhere else for an evening.」
