"We had a great stay"

"About all I can say is the view of, and access to, the beach is the best feature of this property. I expected an 'older' room but it needed a deep clean: stains on furniture, dirty shower curtain, stains on tub floor, worn bathmat. All small issues but together gave an overall icky feel to our 2-night stay. 'Free' breakfast wasn't much-cold cereal, waffles, bagels & English muffins. No milk for the cereal, powdered creamer for coffee. "

"The landscaper has created a floral wonderland. So many rhododendrons, lillies, other native flowers that I can’t pronounce and it’s a beautiful place to visit. The beds were super comfy! We had room 340 and I was worried they’d be too soft from other reviews but they were wonderful. The squeaking from the floor above wasn’t fun but just get a top floor room. Views are incredible. Staff was nice. Loved it. Wish the pool was open 24/7"

"The room was very nice and clean, so was almost all of the rest of the hotel. The hot tub had some grime floating in it, pretty gross but expected i guess. the receptionist who checked us in was extremely rude handling our check in. we did not realize there was an age limit, we had to change the name on our reservation, which is not the hotels fault, however the receptionist handled it with absolutely zero hospitality, comparable to a robot with how he acted. overall very average hotel, nothing special. i would not stay here again. "

"Room was amazing, was able to see the ocean while taking a shower. Breakfast was the typical complimentary fake eggs, microwave sausage etc.but the room made up for it."

"Wondering if this place is under new management. My room was never made up for the 3 days I stayed there, despite me visiting the lobby and requesting it. On my first night there I was confronted in the parking lot by a disturbed person who followed me around the lot. I got a rude and unacceptable response from the employee in the lobby when I reported this incident. I'll probably stay elsewhere on my next visit."
