「This is at least our 4th time using one of Cita’s properties and they never disappoint. We did not spend a lot of time in the apartment this time due to our plans but it is always comfortable! I love the firm mattresses she has for the beds! We will be back!」

「This is an extended stay. The hallways and elevator are filthy. The room had a terrible smell, although I think it was pretty clean--the smell coming from the air conditioner was a mix of what seemed like cigs and pooh. The front desk staff was so nice that I did not complain. I only stayed one night, however, as my daughter was moving into a property in Chicago, our reason for travel, and she let me stay with her on what ould have been my second night. 「The door lock was not easy got locked out many times. There were three guests and we were left with three towels and three wash clothes for an entire week stay. No basic stuff like salt and pepper for plastic wrap or foil. No large bowls to make anything in. Two pans. There were lamps with no where to plug in.
