「We were in town for a family wedding the same weekend as a dance/cheer competition. Since it was a small wedding, no hotel blocks had been set aside, and by the time I got around to booking, they were either full or super expensive. Then I found this place, and it was better than a hotel! We had three couples, so the three bedrooms and three bathrooms were ideal. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Every surface is new, and we loved the open kitchen and living...

「The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences.」

「We were in town to host a wedding rehearsal dinner. We had various family members staying and had to do a lot of food prep for the dinner. The kitchen and dining area layout was terrific and the bedrooms fit the needs of everyone from kids, singles, and married couples. Since the house is supposed to accommodate 12 people, the living room area could use additional seating. We alerted the owner of some cleaning issues and she responded immediately.」

「The property is very nice, newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. Needs just a few practical items for the rooms in the basement, which I suggested to the owner but otherwise it was perfect for our trip back to visit family. We would have loved to have been able to sit outside on the nice back deck, but we got some rain while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!」

「We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was ideal. Extremely easy walk to Geneva’s downtown but the home was located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the four-season room and took advantage of the bonfire on the back patio. We wish our stay was longer but would definitely be returning.」

「A group of dance moms and teens stayed the weekend for a competition close by. It was perfect for us. Plenty of room and supplies needed for sleeping and making meals. It was super clean and felt safe. Rachel was so pleasant and accommodating as well as easy to reach when needed through texts. Definitely would stay here again.」

「This property is convenient to Geneva where we spent most of our time. It’s almost impossible to find a one story property with 2 full bathrooms plus a washer/dryer. The owners were responsive to our questions and concerns plus the family is on property. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area! 立地は良いが、設備は期待できない
"ショッピングセンターとスーパーマーケットがホテル横に位置しており便利です。ただし設備はやや古く、快適とは言えませんでした。滞在時が満室のせいか、部屋のクリーニングがやや雑、シーツの交換が十分でなかったり、補給の水やコーヒー紅茶が不足のままだったりしました。ただ直接ホテルにリクエストすれば良く対応していただきました。 また、このホテルは人気なのか、土曜日には結婚シーズンでもあり、多くの結婚披露宴がありました。民族特有の結婚披露宴は、午後7時から深夜1時まで設定されており、重低音の音楽が響いていました（眠れないほどではありませんでしたが）。結論としては、立地条件は良いが、ホテルの設備としては他にも良いところがあるかもしれません。また空港からのホテルバスなどはなく、空港行きにはタクシー代（約４５ドル）が別途必要となります。"
