Our room with lake view, we could see the lakeside fireworks at night and beautiful sunrise in the morning. The best of all, they let us check in early since our room is ready. And the check out time is not till 12 pm. White gloves staff services through out the hotel. The room is extremely clean. We would definitely will come back. "

"The room is a little dated but otherwise super clean and spacious. Another disappointment is thst the hotel only have shower in the onsen which many guests may like the experience but better if the hotel can consider shower room for people who wants privacy. Anyway, still I would recommend this hotel."
