The room itself was very spacious definitely a big plus for families. There was plenty of sleeping space, which made everyone comfortable, though I do think the pillows could be improved for a better night’s sleep. "Positives:
The mountain and lake view was breathtaking. The price was reasonable for a summer weekend. The area around the property is walkable with a nice sidewalk, Parking was easy and convenient.
Weakness: The bath and shower area was dated. No elevator for the 2nd floor rooms. Steps are narrow for all of us with larger feet (difficult to navigate)."

"The location is beautiful, and the nightly fireworks are a nice experience. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing.
The room was not very clean, with stains on the floor and dust on the window ledges. The soundproofing was also very poor, and we could clearly hear noise from other rooms.
Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and the value for money was disappointing. Lake Toya is worth visiting, but I would recommend considering other accommodation options."
