Smoking is strictly prohibited. There is no designated smoking area. (Guests who smoke are not permitted to stay.)
2. Train Noise Notice
★The house is very close to the station, and trains run right in front of the property.★
Please note that there will be train noise from approximately 5:30 AM to 12:30 AM.

All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and double-glazed windows to reduce noise; however, some train noise may still be heard. We have done our best to provide the most comfortable environment possible. We hope you will enjoy a wonderful stay with your family and create unforgettable memories in Osaka.

Our house is a three-story detached home, and the entire building is available for your private use. It is a steel-structured building, making it highly resistant to earthquakes.
The total floor area is approximately 100 square meters.

The house features:
• 4 bedrooms (accommodates up to 16 guests)
• 4 double beds
• 2 semi-double beds
• 1 queen bed
• 2 futons
• 1 baby crib

The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortably arranged.
On the first floor, there is a unit bathroom and a separate shower room.
There are two toilets (on the 1st and 2nd floors), and the wash area is large enough for groups.

1. Interdiction de fumer
Il est strictement interdit de fumer. Il n’y a pas de zone fumeur. (Les personnes fumeuses ne sont pas autorisées à séjourner.)
2. Bruit des trains
★La maison est très proche de la gare, et les trains passent juste devant.★
Veuillez noter qu’il y aura du bruit de train entre environ 5h30 et 0h30.

Toutes les chambres sont équipées de rideaux occultants et de fenêtres à double vitrage pour réduire le bruit ; cependant, le bruit des trains peut encore être perceptible. Nous avons fait de notre mieux pour offrir un environnement confortable. Nous espérons que vous passerez un séjour merveilleux en famille et créerez des souvenirs inoubliables à Osaka.

Notre maison est une maison individuelle de trois étages, entièrement privatisée pour votre séjour. Elle est construite en structure métallique, ce qui la rend très résistante aux séismes.
La surface totale est d’environ 100 m².

1. Rauchverbot
Rauchen ist strengstens verboten. Es gibt keinen Raucherbereich. (Raucher sind nicht erlaubt.)
2. Zuggeräusche
★Das Haus liegt sehr nahe am Bahnhof, und Züge fahren direkt davor vorbei.★
Bitte beachten Sie, dass es zwischen ca. 5:30 Uhr und 0:30 Uhr zu Zuggeräuschen kommt.

Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Verdunkelungsvorhängen und doppelt verglasten Fenstern ausgestattet, um den Lärm zu reduzieren; dennoch können Zuggeräusche hörbar sein. Wir haben unser Bestes getan, um eine möglichst angenehme Umgebung zu schaffen. Wir hoffen, dass Sie mit Ihrer Familie einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt genießen und unvergessliche Erinnerungen in Osaka sammeln.

Unser Haus ist ein dreistöckiges Einfamilienhaus, das vollständig privat genutzt werden kann. Es handelt sich um ein Stahlgebäude, das besonders erdbebensicher ist.

Es gibt 2 Toiletten (im Erdgeschoss und im 1. Stock) sowie einen großen Waschbereich, der auch für Gruppen geeignet ist。

遮光カーテンと二重窓を全ての寝室に設置しましたが、電車の音がします。それでも良い結果を提示するために最善を尽くしています。この素晴らしい家に家族と一緒に滞在し、大阪旅行に忘れられない思い出を提供します。

私の家は一軒家、3階建ての建物全体です。鉄骨の建物なので、地震にとても強い建物です。宿泊施設の総面積は約100平方メートルあります。16名様用の4つの寝室があり、ダブルベッド4台、セミダブルベッド2台、クイーンベッド1台、布団2台、ベビーベッド1台あります。部屋は広くて明るく、快適で居心地の良い配置です。1階にユニットバスとシャワールームがあります。トイレも1階2階に2ヶ所あります。洗面台も広くて人数が多くても安心です。
