設備齊全，一般居家環境該有的都有，離地鐵站也不遠，是舒適溫馨的居住空間，甚至適合長期居住，雖然沒有服務人員、沒有櫃檯可提供協助、要自己倒垃圾非常不便，但整體而言非常有家的感覺，很自在。

Neat apartment in great location

This is ideal if you are happy to be quite independent: there are no staff on-site, you can't leave your luggage there before checkin or after checkout. The garbage/trash situation is a bit complicated, and the compulsory trash bags are not supplied. However the instructions provided for using equipment were good. And when I had a problem initially accessing wifi, the staff member I phoned (after hours) was more than helpful and the problem was fixed quickly. The apartment has a fresh, modern feel and although small, it's very well organised with plenty of storage space. the location (between JR station and Shin-Osaka) is ideal for anyone on a Japan Rail pass.

이만한 가격에 이만한 곳이 있을까 싶을 정도였습니다

급하게 떠나게 된 여행이라 호텔을 많이 찾아보질 않았는데 막 고른 것 치고(?)는 너무 훌륭한 호텔이었어요 프론트가 없어서 키를 보관함?같은데다 두던데 그렇게 하면 안전한가 싶긴 했지만 체크인 후 키는 제가 들고 다녔으니 뭐 딱히 신경 쓸 일은 아니었던 것 같고.. 건물 들어갈때 키 체크 하게 되어 있어서 보안도 마음에 들었고 따듯한 물, 수압, 룸 청결상태, 슬리퍼,수건,칫솔,치약도 아주 좋았습니다 이불도 푹신하고 침대도 좋았구요 에어컨도 잘 되더군요 무엇보다 빨래나 취사가 가능해요 간단한 식기도 구비되어 있구요 프론트가 없어서 급하게 연락하게 될 일 있음 어쩌나 싶었는데 5박을 연속으로 묵었지만 그럴일은 없더군요ㅋㅋ 2분거리에 편의점 있고, 역에서는 약간 떨어져 있지만 도보 10분 정도라 걸어다닐 만 하구요. 오히려 역에서 좀 떨어져 있어서 시끄럽지 않아 좋았습니다. 주변에 카레랑 냉우동집이 있는데 종종 생각나네요 맛있었어요~ 아마도 오사카에 또 가게 된다면 다시 묵을 것 같아요

나쁘지 않았어요.

거리는 생각보다 괜찮아요. 조용하구요. 침대가 푹신하구 좋아요. 다만 없는게 많아요. 비누도 린스도 없구요. 드라이기도 없어요. 그리고 수건을 오래 머무르면 직접 세탁해야해요. 호텔 자체는 깔끔하구 쉬기에 좋아요. ^^

設備實用、地方清潔

沒有接待counter，公寓會在Email 內與客人聯絡，入住當日公寓信箱掛上入住客人的名牌，內放有文件袋和房間鎖匙，自助式自取房匙上樓。公寓位置在地鐵御堂筋線，中津站1號出口，依着站口左轉，直行約5分鐘，在高鐵橋底過馬路後，見到一間國際學校，酒店便位於國際學校正門斜對面。房間清潔設備齊，有小型厨房、洗衣乾衣機。隔鄰有間日式麵檔，好味，招呼親切友善。

Big clean room

The apartment is pretty new, big and comfortable with everything u need for a short stay (e.g washing machine, microwave, pots and pans for simple cooking). However there is almost no eateries near the apartment. Customers staying in thus apartment are also required to sort out your own rubbish and recyclablea which i found it to be a bit inconcenient and would love to have it done by the apartment staff instead of the guests.

チェックインの方法がわかりにくい。予約が完了して案内が来るまで、ホテルにスタッフが不在であることがわからなかった。ホテルで領収書を入手しようと考えていたため、その後の手続きが面倒だった 室内の案内も英語であり、わかりにくく何かあった際のことを考えると不安であった。

舒適　設備齊全　唯一缺點床太小

很特別的住宿經驗，與商務旅館相比更像住進一間自己的家。設備齊全也很新。硬要挑個缺點就是雙人床太小了，比一班商務旅館的雙人床還要小，兩個人幾乎緊鄰著睡。

무인호텔이라...

무인호텔이라 체크인이 번거롭지않은 장점이 있으나 불편사항을 빠르게 대처해줄 사람이 없다는 단점과 역에서 멀리 떨어져 있어서 찾아오기가 힘들다. 택시를 타도 인지도가 없어서 잘 알지 못하는 단점이 있으며 객실이 좁다. 하지만 있을건 다있다. 침대 뒷편에 먼지가 많이 있어서 좀 불쾌했다. 난방이 좀 안되고 자동차 소음이 많이 들려서 잘때 불편했다.

위치/객실 컨디션 등 만족해요

길찾기가 어려웠는데 알고보면 어렵지 않은 위치였구 세탁/취사가가능해서 좋았어요 그리고 다음날 다른호텔 투숙했는데 거기보다 훨넓고 아늑해서 더 만족도가 높아진경우였어요 다만, 금연객실로 신청했는데 담배냄새가...ㅠ 그것 말고는 좋았어요

Unstaffed, ridiculous, and uncomfortable rooms

My stay at the Serenite Umedakita was terrible before I even made it to the room. When I booked the accomodation on Expedia I paid for the room as I would anywhere else, but appearently that's not enough for the SU, as they contacted me and made me sign a ridiculous leasing contract. The room was already paid for and it really bothered me that they would come up with terms after being charged even though most of the terms were reasonable-ish (no stealing or vandalizing the room), you just can't force a person to sign a contract after charging them, in this case I agreed but what would have happend if I didn't? My credit card had already been charged. This gave me a really bad impression not to mention the mistrust from the SU, they sent me the contract twice! I've stayed at all sorts of accomodations (hotels, temples, hostels, apartments, ahips, etc.) in dozens of countries, and never before I had been asked to sign a leasing contract! After having signed their electronic contract they sent me a series of instructions and ridiculous procedures for checking in as they don't have a front desk or any staff at all at the SU, that's right, no staff, not even one. The room won't be ready until 3PM and they don't offer any options for leaving your luggage, and check-out time is 10AM. There is no housekeeping either. The directions they send you are all wrong, y, contacting the hotel is complicated, they only give you one key, the room is small and there is no storage or shelves, th

넓고, 편리하고, 깨끗하고, 방음까지 짱!

3살 딸아이와 초등학생이 있는 가족과 함께 했는데, 최근 5년동안 가본중 최고였습니다. 방음 잘 되구요~ 조리시설이 되어이써 아주 편리했습니다. 세탁기와 세제도 준비되어있고, 무엇보다 욕실내에 건조시설이 되어이써 청바지 세탁후 빨래건조 모드로 해놨더니 금방 마르더라구요. 겨울 여행을 하신다면 온풍기로 부족하다 싶으실때 욕실문을 살짝 열어두시고 빨래건조로 틀어두시면 뜨끈하게 지내실 수 있을듯 싶네요. 공간도 넓고 모든시설이 깔끔하고, 편리하게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 지하철역도 가깝고, 찾기도 쉬웠어요. 오사카 갈때 다시 찾을 예정입니다.

公寓式的飯店，所以要自己打掃跟倒垃圾，不會提供浴巾更換服務，住宿日較長的最好多帶條浴巾替換 床墊很軟，不適合上了年紀的長輩 交通接駁尚可，離地鐵中津站有一點點距離，年輕人走路5分鐘內可到 房間有洗衣機，所以衣物清醒很方便(洗衣精自備)，廚房用品該有的都有，也很不錯

역에서 먼거빼곤 좋아요

10분정도면 괜찮겠지 생각했는데 우메다역은 꽤멀어요 짐도있고 다리도아프고 그러니까 좀불편하더라구요 방은 이코노미더블밖에 안남아서 그거예약했는데 두명이쓰기엔 너무작아요 스텐다드더블룸은 꽤큰거같더라구요 가격차이도별로안나고 무조건 스텐다드룸 추천드려요! 시설은 괜찮았어요 티비도크고 샴푸,바디샴푸,칫솔,슬리퍼,수건2개주고요 벽장에보면 옷걸이,헤어드라이기,세탁세제,쓰레기봉투,청소기 있고요 화장실도 깨끗하고 따뜻한물도 잘나와요 역에서좀만가까워도 좋았을텐데 그점빼고 나머진 좋았어요

快適でした。

マンションのモデルルームのようでした。設備も新しく、自分の家より快適に過ごすことができました。寝泊まりするだけなら少し贅沢かもしれません。梅田駅から少し歩きますが、分かりやすい場所だったので迷うことはありませんでした。

우려했던 것보다는 기대이상~

위치는 조금 애매합니다. 나카츠 역에서 그나마 가깝고 우메다역에서는 약간 먼듯하며 주변에 상가가 거의 없기때문에 아주 조용합니다. 방내부 잘 되어있어서 생각보다 좋았고요. 불편함 없이 잘 지냈어요!!

친구랑 같이가면 친구집에 놀러간 기분으로 있다 올 수 있는 좋은 호텔

너무 좋았어요!호텔만 다녀봐서 약간 반신반의 하면서 갔는데 깨끗하고 주방도 있어서 너무 편했습니다. 청결에 민감한편인데 화장실 이불 등 다 만족스럽게 깨끗했어요. 3일동안 내집같은 편안함을 느끼면서 지냈습니다. 위치가 조금 애매하긴 한데 번화가랑 그리 멀진 않으니까 조금만 부지런하게 움직이면 문제 없어요!
