Location is awesome. You can walk to hundreds of restaurants and bars, shopping etc. MRT is also within walking distance. Rooms are tiny and compact but this was expected.

This rating would be somewhere between a 3 and 4... The hotel was in a pretty good location for accessing train stations, and the staff were friendly. The room was very small and really too cramped to spend any time in, but then it was a fair price for this. The additional tourist tax hadn't been mentioned prior to staying so guests should know about that in advance. Overall it was good value but probably too small to choose again unless everything else was a lot more expensive.

The staff was excellent and helped us with our luggage transport when we had a problem with delivery. Very patient and polite. The room did not have safe like the 3 other hotels we were in during our stay in Japan. The carpeting was a bit worn. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Impeccably clean room, stylish decor, very comfortable bed and pillows with high quality linens. Yes, rooms are tiny, but it's Japan. The staff is extremely courteous, attentive and kind. Location is fantastic, and the hotel is quite affordable for the location. Generous offering of high quality bathing amenities plus robe, slippers, Panasonic hair dryer, no PJ's. If you can handle the squeeze on space, don't hesitate to book at this Osaka hotel in the Umeda neighbourhood.

Great location. Friendly staff. I liked the look and decor of the hotel. The room was small but it worked for me (I was traveling solo). I appreciated the breakfast. It was close to dining and entertainment venues. I would stay there again.

Brilliant location! Close to great areas of Osaka. Only downside would be the interior needs a lick of paint and the laundry can be an annoyance if someone doesn’t collect their laundry after it had ended. Rendering the machine useless. Staff were brilliant, no noise from outside and walkable to multiple stations. Would recommend the hotel to anyone and even better if the small nitpicks I mentioned are sorted.

Location was good. Close proximity to train station, eateries, convenience stores and shopping areas. Easy to get in and out. Rooms are small with limited luggage storage space.

Great location in the center of Osaka, Umeda. Easy to get anywhere via main transport hub. Lots of dining options nearby. Some of the property conditions could be upgraded but staff were very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a higher floor and had to check in late and they were able to help me out. Would recommend for anyone looking to travel to Osaka in this area.

The hotel was a little bit of a walk from Umeda Train Station. We only discovered the Shotengai behind the hotel much later. As for the location right behind the hotel is a Shotengai with lots of karaoke & drinking bars but also some really good restaurants. So it is kind of a mix. We love that 7eleven, Lawson & Family Marts are everywhere nearby. It's very convenient to just pick-up a snack or even a meal.

I think this place was a very affordable place to stay. I think they also had very friendly staff. They had free breakfast included, which was a plus, but I think I didn’t understand how far it was from certain restaurants so it wasn’t the best case scenario but it still led me to some very interesting restaurants to try, I think it was the smallest hotel that I stayed at it just two people or one then I think it’s perfect but other than that, I don’t think you can fit any more people It was definitely clean. I just felt that I didn’t really like the ego clean days where they didn’t change out the sheets, but I understand trying to be more eco-friendly so I won’t dock on that. I think from the three hotels that we stayed at this was the smallest but is very cute. I would recommend it if you’re on a budget.

The rooms are the average size of a Japanese hotel room however the dark interior made our room feel really small. The aircon didn’t smell good so we had to have the window open. Our room always seemed to get dusty as well. The hotel is situated near bars so with the window open, there was a lot of noise at night. It is convenient that the hotel has coin operated washing machines. The staff were very friendly.
