Great communication in English. We had a problem with the electric lock and they solved it quickly and effectively. Great soundproofing for an apartment right on top of the railroad tracks.

Few things that travellers will need

Check in email - while the email may be complete, if translated misunderstands the character that are needed to be included as passcode. We had this problem for the main door. If some other family wouldn't have turned up we would have been waiting outside the door - since there is no reception or phone number to support your queries. Directions - the email needed to give some landmarks other than the Google map. As one who is arriving for the first time into osaka will get confused. Exit gate mention from Osaka jr and hankyu rail will help the first time traveller. Room- the photos make the room look rather big which it is not. There is a strange stench in the bathroom. Guessing from the pipe of the bathroom. We bought a deodoriser but it will still didn't help.
