「This property lived up to its pictures. It is laid out with an excellent use of space. The bed was very comfortable and my kids loved the pull out sofa. The two air units kept it perfectly cool on a hot Chico day. My favorite part is the 5-minutes walking distance to downtown. We’ll definitely be back.」

「My daughter and I stayed for one night. This property was just what we needed for a quick trip to tour Chico State. Everything was easy, studio was pretty and clean, bed was comfy. Location was excellent for walking to campus and into town. Property owner was kind and helpful. If my daughter chooses Chico, my husband and I will definitely stay here when we visit our girl. 「This modest townhouse with a shared wall is perfectly located between Sierra Nevada Taproom and Shubert's Ice Cream. Nice that there was coffee in the kitchen. Really nice to have ceiling fans in both bedrooms. We enjoyed the small but private outdoor seating area.」

「Such a beautiful location. It’s at the end of the street, up against the mountains. The fog coming off the mountains in the morning was beautiful. This is a large property with lots of other units but the space was private, parking was easy and lots of access to amenities. Loved our stay!」
