Our cute studio sleeps up to 4 and is just steps from Bidwell park and downtown Chico.

Private entrance, alley parking. A full bathroom with shower and comfortable queen bed and a sleeper sofa with full size mattress.
The kitchen has a full size range, microwave and mini fridge.

The space
Our cute, stylish Studio is walking distance to One Mile - Bidwell Park. It is fully equipped with a stocked kitchen. Located on the backside of the main house, with full alley access and parking. Centrally located in Chico, easy freeway access and a short distance from downtown.

Parking next to the studio for up to 2 cars.

The yard in between the units is designated for the front house only.
Other things to note
This studio sits on the back side of the property. The front house is also an Air BnB. The front house has a designated private backyard and the studio kitchen faces this yard.

Brief Interlude In Chico

Lovely stay near a wonderful park in Chico. Despite 110+ temps, the room was cool and well designed/equipped. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the Chico area.

Great place to stay!

I loved this little cottage and chose it for the ability to have a kitchen to cook my own meals. Very clean. Nice and cool. It was very quiet with a lot of privacy. The only negative was that the bathroom light comes on automatically and at night that would bother me so a little duct tape to cover up the motion sensor was all I needed. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Lovely, humble, beautiful abode

My partner and I stayed in this great unit for Alumni weekend. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is great. Bed is lower than normal for me, my 50 year old alumni body made do! My partner played in the Alumni lacrosse game - easy drive and location to everything you could imagine fun in Chico. Great alleyway parking area.Well lit at night which I loved. Great drapes. AC worked wonderfully. The stay was super pleasant and quiet at night. Decor inside is pleasant, modern with some 70 cool vibes. Enjoyed the artwork.

The studio was easy to find, gorgeously appointed, and very comfortable. It felt spacious and luxurious. Downtown and the university are in easy walking distance, as is Lower Bidwell Park and all it has to offer.
