"I stated for 2 night staff was really nice and tried their best to provide us early chk in as our flight landed early morning . Hotel entrance building doesn’t look good but from inside it is is clean and comfortable."

They catered well to my Gluten Free requirements which can be difficult in Cairo and the staff were so wonderful and attentive. I would stop at this hotel again without a doubt. "I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!"
