VRBO shows the property in well condition but, once we purchased the property we were informed of the damges that were lingering in the property. These were the significant things that were fixed or affected our stay:-The TV's 1 out of 4 only worked (Owner ordered a Roku Stick and was attached to the main TV downstairs and the other two TV's didn't work even with the extra remotes that were ordered).-The Garage Door needed to be fixed (Was fixed on the first day of our stay).-Loose wiring responsible for missing smoke detector (Handy man never reapired anything after going to the property twice).-The headboards needed to be fixed (Downstairs master was fixed but, Queen bed upstairs was still loose).-The dryer was broken (Was fixed on our last day since the owner wanted to try to fix it before we left but, we left earlier due to an emergency).-House was covered in spiderwebs around the staircase (Ordered a swifter for us to clean the webs).-Dirty air filter (She ordered a new one for us).There was much more, however, these were the biggest issues as the dirtiness of the house caused one of my family members to get ringworm since the beds weren't cleaned very well since the dryer was broken. The owner had great communication and tried her very best to give us everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible, however, the property was given to us in poor shape and filty conditions.
