I cannot pick out just one thing that stood out in the home. Everything was perfect. The rooms the decor the Jacuzzi game room. Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend renting this home. Booking was easy and quick. Communicating with the host was super easy and they were very responsive and gave detailed instructions.

This home by far had plenty of room for all of our guests. The pool and patio area were spacious for the kids. I like the fact that the owners have an alarm and cameras for security. The owners were also very communicative. If I could give it a 4.5 I would.

The location was fine. The villa itself was some what dirty when we arrived. The kitchen wasn't cleaned very well, dried food on the counter tops and a bowl of sugar left out that attracted ants. We spent the first hour cleaning.This came as a surprise as in the past we have been very pleased how clean the homes have been. Not the way to start our vacation.

Beautiful Welcoming Home!

My 50th birthday celebration, Christmas and New Year's were so amazing at this well kept, clean, spacious home. We had plenty of room to spread out from the teenagers as well as comforts of home to enjoy family meals together. The property was gorgeous and the family loved the tiki bar.

Perfect home away from home

My sister and I and our 3 daughters stayed over Thanksgiving. The house was clean and comfortable. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was so nice with 3 teenage girls. The owners were very easy to work with and responded quickly to any messages. We would stay here again for our next trip to Orlando.

Wonderful villa

The villa was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was also close to everything and from there it was good to make trips to various attractions. The pool area was our favorite and we spent a lot of time there swimming and watching the sunsets. We also spent time in the evenings in the games room playing different games. Everything was like listing promised and our family spent a wonderful vacation there. We can recommend the villa to anyone and we would love to come again ourselves.

Nice Spacious Home

My brothers and I had two homes we stayed in, and This home was nice, clean, and spacious. I come to Orlando 3-4 times a year and 90% of homes don’t have enough items but this home had plenty of kitchenware, cleaning supplies, linens, bedding, and also all the beds were comfortable. Most homes allowed me to check in early for free if cleaners are done but this home was firm for 4pm because of their scheduled door code. Spa and Pool heat price was higher than every home I stayed in but the water temperature was perfect. The negative part of this home the spa stops working around 9 or 10pm but the owner was nice and had someone come out next morning and extend the schedule to the time we asked for. Also garage has lots of games to play and a TV compare to other homes will only have 1-2 games. Home has a A/C & Heating thermostat on each floor which lots of homes I stayed in don’t have and that was a plus during sleeping time. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Fun vacation

This property is great for large families who want to enjoy the Orlando area. The home is spacious and comfortable. You can spend days relaxing in the private pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well-stocked. The game room is great for family fun. The back yard has a lake with good bass fishing. The community pool and facilities are great as well. We went to theme parks and the beach on a few days. Communication with the host and property manager was easy and efficient. We would return here for future Orlando vacations.

My Stay

I loved my stay here i would definitely rent again.The only thing would have made it perfect if the t v. have been bigger in the tooms. And the back door to the pool wouldn't lock. But i would recommend this property to friends and family.

Disappointed in the house

It wasn’t very clean, beds were uncomfortable, light bulbs burned out in several rooms, minimal extra blankets, Towels look like they haven’t been replaced in years and to top it off water leaked out the laundry room light.

Clean and has everything you need and more!!

Well kept home, has everything that’s necessary (pots and pans, utensils, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc..).. Everything in the game room works and no parts missing.. pool is clean but it was cold; however expected because it’s May so that’s fine. We enjoyed the resort pool and that was heated so it work out great.. The rooms also have extra pillows and sheets; which my family appreciates.. The only issues we had was with the air conditioning; it’s pre-set so it gets hot in the bedrooms, and theirs a camera in the pool area (that made me a little uncomfortable) Other than that; My family had a great time.. Thank you

Great Stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. The property owners were very nice and communicated promptly throughout the booking process and during our stay. The home and resort had many amenities and was near other activities in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. Great place to spend a week with family. Would definitely book again!

Great stay

Owner sent specific check in guidelines which were very helpful. He also allowed for an early check in as our cruise arrived early with 12 of us and six hours to kill. The early check is was greatly appreciated and a life saver with small children. House is great. Never ran out of hot water, plenty of towels etc… Plenty of space in this home and we spread out! The little things were provided like garbage bags, dishwasher tablets and more. The house is in a safe gated community and centrally located to everything. Walmart/Chik Filet/Aldi/ Dunkin all located within a 5 minute drive. Pool and patio area is fabulous. We spent most of our days outside and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If gave this property 5 stars as everything worked well, communication with the owner was lovely and our stay was perfect. If I had to criticize anything- it would be the cookware. The kitchen is a delight but the pots and pans have been abused. It is a shame that people rent and leave owners belongings in such poor shape. Overall great visit and I would 100% rent this property again. 8 adults and 4 children all happy with our stay.

Family vacation

Great House, Good Times!

This house was beautiful, just as described in the listing. Had a great time with my family of 13 people for thanksgiving. Owners were very responsive throughout our stay, and I had no complaints! Bonus for beautiful sunset views every single night!
