This location was hands down the best for our family on a budget. Everything was clean, has everything you need, the property was beautiful, and check in was a breeze. Definitely booking again!

Easy to find, close to walmart, starbucks and other restuarants. Close to disney. Home was great for our family. Spacious ,clean and area was nice. Pool was nice. Only issue outlet on stove side didnt work and the floors were very soapy feeling. Enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay we will be coming back The only negative thing for all 3 of the condos was the following 2 rolls of toilet paper, no paper towels, the condo was clean except the floors were filthy! You could tell they were not mopped! The kids feet were filthy black within minutes of walking around. But that would not keep me from coming back !! They resort was awesome!!

Please note owner replies to all neg reviews of ALL his units with "we investigated this claim and found it false and misleading" his MO to deny responsibility. Look up his units, READ reviews on all sites, and pay attention to the common ongoing complaints(dirty/ roaches/disrepai/rude owner/PM, read his cookie cutter denial responses). Read my prior reviews, this is 1st bad one. I arrived 705pm Wed, unit not been cleaned from prior guest. Items left behind. I messaged the Property Manager at 737pm, no reply. Ran to Target to buy cleaning supplies, went bck & spent 2 hours cleaning to make it passable thinking a mishap. Once I started realized the state of the place traps FULL of roaches, hair in the fridge, hair/ mold in the tub peeling paint on cabinets, toenail clippings on stinky couch, food splatters/crumbs. Door to patio didnt lock (per reviews since 2019). Note on fridge threatening fees w/ mickey items remv'd. Most not present, others gross. After hrs cleaning, at 1240am, I agn msg PM ANA directly to her email. No reply. I was in town for RUNDISNEY so anyone who knows, the sleep schedule is bizarre. 3/31 race was night one, thurs had to grab bibs, grab a nap, arrive at AK at 8 for a 10PM 5k. Rest fri am, then up at 140 am for 3am arrival 10K. I expected Ana to call me at 9am, , NOPE. (owner also owns VCF PM co) I sent a 3rd msg 1037 am via the app. I got my first reply! Kara saying they had recv'd prior msgs, sent to Ana, &Ana was coming to bring me new pots. NOT CLEANED ON ARRIVAL, had to clean myself, and a new pot is your answer? huh? I DID NOT ask for pots - they later tried to claim as their reason to enter w/o notice, (FYI-the burners don't even work) I told Kara I had to nap, didn't ask for/ want a pot. No response. Got to the condo SOMEONE HAD LET THEMSELVES IN (ANA) left a pot, and tried to cover up their mess, rmvd items & bug traps. I would have put valuables away if ppl coming in, violating privacy. I msg owner who told me to LEAVE RGHT NOW, he'd refund only days I don't stay, but not return cleaning fee which I reqsted since I HAD TO DO IT. How does leaving AFTER doing all the cleaning fix these issues? I wasn't going to miss my races to move and let him ruin that too. He was mad I wouldn't let them come & go. Not even an apology. Place is not maintained, not clean, and has roaches. Ended up tossing groceries and eating out. Left early and cut trip short. Enjoyed races, but rental was a fail. Left right after races.

We had to book this unit last minute after other arrangements fell through. I wish there would have been a more complete list of supplies given. It made it seem like almost nothing was supplied based on a review from another guest and my communication with the owner. I wish the listing would have listed it more clearly. I ordered a Walmart grocery pick up ahead of time and included what it said we needed. They actually ended up supplying a couple small bar soaps and dishwasher pods. Great! However, I also purchased those based on my communication with the owner. Not a huge deal, just extra expense for me. I also asked if beach towels were in the unit. The owner said "no" so I packed those and took up extra room in our luggage when there was actually beach towels there. Again, not a bad thing, but I would have prepared differently. A previous guest also commented that they had informed management about roaches. I understand these are hard to get rid of but there were definitely still multiple roaches we had to kill during our stay and we were there for very few hours every day. Overall, not a terrible stay but a couple small frustrations.

Property was very nice and would definitely revisit. I was very upset/disappointed when we arrived night of check-in, rental was not clean and had several alive and dead cockroaches. After driving 18 hours getting there later than we wanted we were forced to sleep in our vehicle in the parking lot due to all hotels in the neighboring areas being booked.I called the property manager on her as soon as we arrived and noticed the roaches, she said she would have pest control come spray the following day. I called the property manager the next day she informed me that she had them come spray but she couldn’t guarantee that I wouldn’t see any more. Our family planned for this trip and paid quite a bit of money to enjoy ourselves the week we were there but with the unexpected bug issue it kind of put a damper on a lot of things. We couldn’t take our belongings up in the apartment we had to keep them in the car and keep walking to and from car in room when we needed something. We didn’t bring any of our food or snacks in so we did not cook.I am very disappointed in how this trip/rental turned out.

This location is EXCELLENT for quick access to all Disney properties and I4. We have previously stayed in a different property in Windsor Hills and knew it was really nice. We booked this place for access to the small water park for the kiddos, water park was closed 4/5 of our days for Planned maintenance which was not disclosed during the booking process. Decorations were nice, furnishings and kitchen were a bit dated and need replacement. Master bed was just slightly softer than a concrete floor. Elevator in the building did not function properly the entire stay. Local property manager was extremely nice! We had to call her about roaches in the kitchen and sugar ants in the guest bathroom as well as some other handy-man fixable issues that I would have gladly and easily taken care of myself if I had brought some small tools. Master bath cabinet pieces were still coming off after being “fixed” by the handyman and the roaches and ants were still around despite being sprayed while we were gone one day. Shower head in the master bath is covered with mold. Overall the stay was decent, condo is spacious, price was good, but I will not be booking this property again. We will seek a different property in same neighborhood.

Clean, cozy and a good price. Con: bedrooms have very small tv's. About the size of a laptop screen. Since they were so small very hard to hear for a person who is hard of hearing. But that is not a major issue.

This was a good deal for us as we needed three bedrooms. Being honest, the beds are tough to sleep on (old worn out spring mattresses with no mattress pads or cushion so you feel and hear the springs thwacking you all night), but after 10 miles outside at the parks all day, who doesn't drop into bed and sleep like a log? It is clean and easy to get to and the complex feels very safe. The only other thing I would mention is that they only provide one roll of toilet paper (whatever is on the current roll) in each bathroom, one small bar of soap per bathroom (so bring your own for the shower), zero dish soap or sponges for hand washing dishes or using the dishwasher, and no paper towels or napkins. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and AirBnBs both in the US and Europe, and we find that there are usually minimally-stocked supplies such as those I mentioned, but this one had none. Just be aware and come prepared. Since we drove in from a few hours away and can bring stuff from home easily, this wouldn't deter us from staying here again, but it would be difficult if we were flying in or coming a great distance by car. (It's the little things and details that make a big difference, right?) Check-out was super easy and very little is required. There were also a LOT of emails and permission contracts beforehand to agree to and sign before being sent details with directions and getting into the space. Hope that helps!

We stayed at the 3 BR 2 BA Windsor Hills 204A for our visit to Disney World and Universal Studios (4 nights). It was very close to Disney and we had no problems with commuting, and was a short commute to Disney (10-15min or so with traffic) and longer to Universal (45min or so with traffic). There are many restaurants within 10-15min driving distance. The apartment was appointed very well, nice furnishings, and great decor with Disney theming. It was very clean, spacious, and matched all photos. There were dishes/silver ware/pots and pans for cooking and eating, towels for bathing/drying hands, and even a single stroller and a high chair for those with kids! We used the high chair, which was nice. They also had several beach towels, extra pillows, and blanket. There was a coffee maker, regular style/carafe. Need to bring: Soap, shampoo, etc typical Dish soap, dish washer soap, laundry detergent, sponge Cleaning supplies, trash bags (unless you take out trash and reuse their bag again; we took out trash before leaving) Paper towels, napkins Toilet paper - only 2 rolls were provided (lasted 2 days for 4 adults) Coffee filters and coffee grounds if you like coffee Of course any food items I only dinged 1 star due to all the stuff we had to bring/buy once we got there. Note: the balcony door from the living room doesn't lock, but I don't think anyone could get onto the balcony. We were very comfortable, though the beds were a bit firm for us (sore spots), but others may like firm beds. I would stay there again since it was so nice and close to Disney.

The owner was unfriendly and downright discourteous. We chose not to deal with him after the first two interactions. It was easier and better to deal with Ana the supervisor. The place is OK. Two of the five closets were locked with owner’s belongings including the only closet in one of the bedrooms. Request for using one of the closets was responded with “ non- negotiable” response. The closet in the main bedroom had 4 strollers in it that took half the space there. Request to remove some of the strollers was also dealt with negative response from the owner. Eventually Ana removed some of the strollers. We will not rent from him again. Mohan
