This house is BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is exactly as it is pictured. The owners were responsive whenever we had questions! There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the full kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all of the cooking utensils and things needed to make this a home away from home! Our kids LOVED the private pool! If I am ever back in the area, I would MOST DEFINITELY stay here again! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, spacious home for you and your family! You won't regret staying here!

Orlando Parks Family Trip

This property is a perfect pick for an Orlando vacation. The location is about 20 minutes from all parks and the airport (we had a rental car), and easy to get in and out of during gates hours (scan qr code for entry). The house was extremely clean. The heated pool was very warm, the kids used it daily. And there are 6 true bedrooms and 2 living rooms for optimal space. We were never over crowded. The property club house and water amenities are awesome, I recommend finding time to take a couple down days and hang at the pool and lazy river. It's included in the rental price after all. Contactless check in and out were smooth and accurate. I recommend this property for your next Orlando vacation and I would certainly stay here again with my family.

Mosconi Cup

We stayed at this property while in town for the Mosconi Cup pool tournament at the Caribe. The location and home was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable and well taken care of!!! The only thing we thought would be nice was if there was a binder with information about the resort and area: the clubhouse, favorite places to eat/drink and be merry, places that deliver (some of the pizza places didn't deliver here) and other things to do during our stay as we were not partaking of Disney or any of the parks. We did, however, manage to find plenty of fun during our stay!! Food Truck Heavan was great for dinner one night!!!! The Mad Hippo had good bar food and a fun vibe for a few drinks!! Overall, we would definitely stay here if in the area again and would recommend to anyone heading to that part of Orlando!!!

Great place for Disney vacation!

The house is beautiful and it’s in a great location - about 15 minutes from Disney. There are several Walmarts close by and a target right around the corner. Publix is close too for groceries. I would highly suggest paying for pool heat at the end of October/beginning of November. We thought the pool would be fine, but it was pretty chilly and it was too late to get the heat. There were plenty of dishes and the fridge and freezer has a lot of space. I would suggest to the property management company that they make sure the right sheets are on the king size bed in the master because it (the fitted sheet) kept falling off the sides. And also - please label all of the light/fan remotes because some of them were in the wrong rooms.

Disney getaway

This house is located on a nice quiet street. This home smells clean and fresh. Extremely well maintained, very comfy enough beds and lounging space. Clean nice pool, dream rental. Will definitely rent again if coming back to orlando!

Great Location! Good Property

When we arrived the dishwasher did not look clean. The property managers took care of that very quickly! We found that the clothes washer was also dirty. We did not let the property know this, I am sure they would have cleaned it right away if we would have let them know. The location was great, the community was great. If you are heading to the parks you are minutes away! Plenty of room to spread out. The appliance need some attention, but this is easily fixed!

Lovely Stay in Kissimmee

The home was spacious, beautiful, and clean. We were a party of 12 family members and never felt crowded. The kids loved the pool. We were warned that there would be limited paper products and cleaning products available but we found that they were adequate. The checkout process was easy and smooth. We recommend this home to any larger group coming to Orlando.

Great house, great community, one hiccup

This is our second stay in this community with Magic Vacation Homes. The home was well suited for our group of 10 - had everything we needed and we love the decor of a Magic Vavation Home! The staff are always very responsive to any questions I have, as was the case this time, but we did have one issue that did not get resolved. Our house had a private pool and hot tub, but upon arrival the hot tub was not hot, it was pool temperature. The staff were very responsive to my messages and even sent a tech out, but we were told it was working correctly. Throughout our 8 day stay the hot tub never got above pool temperature, so was not usable as intended. That was disappointing, but the home itself (and pool minus the hot tub) was wonderful and great for a group of extended family.

Business Trip

We had a group of 6 employees in Orlando for convention. This house is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We would stay here again. The management company was quick to respond to my request during my stay.

Short stay..

Overall, it was a great experience. There were random spots of water on the floor and dresser when we arrived. It was odd, but we didn't make much of a fuss. We cleaned it up. When we arrived (well after check-in), there was a gentleman upstairs from the company. He asked if we were the guest.. said “okay, I was making sure everything was good.” Then he just left, I’m guessing he was the cleaning inspector?! It was also odd. Other than that not much to complain about. Cute house and pretty clean overall. I’d stay again.

Great Location and beautiful home

We were there for my 60th birthday and had the whole family there, children and grandchildren. 10 people. The kids loved having the pool right there. We requested for the pool to be heated and it was great. Lots of room for everyone, everything functioned well.The place was very clean and good amount of supplies to start us off with. I really don't want to say anything negative about the home, but only issue we had was the dishwasher was dirty and didn't work properly. Someone came out that day to repair, but not sure it was repaired properly, as it wasn't drying the dishes. It was our second to last day and didn't really try it again or let them know that the drying cycle didn't seem to work still. The company was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this property. It was close to a major grocery stores. The resort was wonderful. Unfortunately the splash pad for the kids wasn't working, but the kids were quite happy to play in the pool there and the lazy river. It was a fantastic place!!!

This house was close to Disney and a very easy commute to & from. Also close to a Walmart & a Publix making grocery shopping super easy. The house was very clean and the property manager was very responsive. We'd stay here again & again.
