Great house! Clean and roomy! Loved the modern design and the beds were comfortable. We also loved the warm pool and hot tub! Only 2 negatives: First, I had some issues with the bathroom on the first floor. I sent a message and technicians were sent next day to fix the issues. The issues were improved after visit but not entirely fixed. The second issue was that the last 2 nights at the house, next door neighbors had a loud party until the middle of the night. I know this situation could not be helped but it did happen and it ruined some people's sleep. Thanks for a great stay overall

Great stay! The house was perfect for a family gathering. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The main floor living space worked well for meals and hanging out together. We also really enjoyed the clubhouse pool, hot tub and lazy river. The only negative was that the heater for the pool and spa at the house broke our first night and maintenance was not able to get it repaired during out stay. They refunded out money for the heater, but we were disappointed we couldn't use it because the water was too cold.

This house is BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is exactly as it is pictured. The owners were responsive whenever we had questions! There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the full kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all of the cooking utensils and things needed to make this a home away from home! Our kids LOVED the private pool! If I am ever back in the area, I would MOST DEFINITELY stay here again! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, spacious home for you and your family! You won't regret staying here!

Orlando Parks Family Trip

This property is a perfect pick for an Orlando vacation. The location is about 20 minutes from all parks and the airport (we had a rental car), and easy to get in and out of during gates hours (scan qr code for entry). The house was extremely clean. The heated pool was very warm, the kids used it daily. And there are 6 true bedrooms and 2 living rooms for optimal space. We were never over crowded. The property club house and water amenities are awesome, I recommend finding time to take a couple down days and hang at the pool and lazy river. It's included in the rental price after all. Contactless check in and out were smooth and accurate. I recommend this property for your next Orlando vacation and I would certainly stay here again with my family.

Mosconi Cup

We stayed at this property while in town for the Mosconi Cup pool tournament at the Caribe. The location and home was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable and well taken care of!!! The only thing we thought would be nice was if there was a binder with information about the resort and area: the clubhouse, favorite places to eat/drink and be merry, places that deliver (some of the pizza places didn't deliver here) and other things to do during our stay as we were not partaking of Disney or any of the parks. We did, however, manage to find plenty of fun during our stay!! Food Truck Heavan was great for dinner one night!!!! The Mad Hippo had good bar food and a fun vibe for a few drinks!! Overall, we would definitely stay here if in the area again and would recommend to anyone heading to that part of Orlando!!!

Great place for Disney vacation!

The house is beautiful and it’s in a great location - about 15 minutes from Disney. There are several Walmarts close by and a target right around the corner. Publix is close too for groceries. I would highly suggest paying for pool heat at the end of October/beginning of November. We thought the pool would be fine, but it was pretty chilly and it was too late to get the heat. There were plenty of dishes and the fridge and freezer has a lot of space. I would suggest to the property management company that they make sure the right sheets are on the king size bed in the master because it (the fitted sheet) kept falling off the sides. And also - please label all of the light/fan remotes because some of them were in the wrong rooms.

This house is located on a nice quiet street. This home smells clean and fresh. Extremely well maintained, very comfy enough beds and lounging space. Clean nice pool, dream rental. Will definitely rent again if coming back to orlando!

Great Location! Good Property

When we arrived the dishwasher did not look clean. The property managers took care of that very quickly! We found that the clothes washer was also dirty. We did not let the property know this, I am sure they would have cleaned it right away if we would have let them know. The location was great, the community was great. If you are heading to the parks you are minutes away! Plenty of room to spread out. The appliance need some attention, but this is easily fixed!
