The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

Two of the bedrooms each feature a king‑size bed, walk‑in closet and its own bathroom, offering privacy and space for adults. The third bedroom, located on the lower level, is a child‑focused haven with a bunk bed—full‑size mattress on the bottom and twin on top—walk‑in closet, and an en‑suite bathroom. This room is stocked with toys, fun costumes, a ball pit, a tent, and an arcade game, creating a playful retreat for younger guests.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals for the whole family, from quick breakfasts to dinner after a day at the parks. Adjacent dining space flows seamlessly from the kitchen, making it easy to share stories over a meal.



Living space & entertainment

An open living area centers around a flat‑screen TV for movie nights or streaming favorite shows. Free wi‑fi keeps everyone connected, while a dedicated work area offers a quiet spot for those who need to catch up on emails.



Play & family fun

Beyond the bedroom toys, a separate play area holds additional games, a tent, and an arcade console, ensuring endless entertainment for children without crowding the main living space.



Outdoor & parking

Two designated parking spots sit just outside the home, and self‑check‑in lets you arrive on your own schedule. The property’s two‑story layout places one bedroom downstairs and the other two upstairs, giving families flexibility and privacy.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
