One of the standout features of this unit is the exceptional views of the Gulf of Mexico from the 5th floor, allowing you to enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets right from your balcony. Located directly on the beach, you’ll have quick access to the soft sand and sparkling waters.

For relaxation, the heated pool is available from October 1st to November 20th and again from March 1st to April 20th, providing a perfect spot to soak up the sun during the cooler months. Additionally, the condo is within walking distance to "Coastal," a fantastic restaurant offering delicious cuisine and breathtaking views of the Gulf. Plus, you'll find a variety of shopping and dining options just a short drive away, making this unit an ideal beach getaway for your next vacation!

Awesome, pristine and clean. Had everything we needed for the long weekend. Close to everything but a quite property too. Looks to be freshly renovated with flooring, appliances and countertops. We are already booking our next trip!
