「The location and surrounding of this property is just amazing but I guess in terms of service and facilities offered the price they are charging they have a lot of room for improvement. 」

「Great location on hilltop, on the way to the highest point of Ooty (Dodabetta). Quite spacious and they have lot of activities to spend time. The best thing I like the evening tea stall that serves variety of teas to pick from with light snacks. And that was on the house! The availability of choices in liquor were limited. Food quality in buffet breakfast and dinner was OK - can be improved. We liked ala-carte dishes.」

「The property is in a good position uphill from the town (which we found dirty and disappointing ) but walkable. The room was a good size. Complimentary Afternoon tea tasting. Breakfast choices were good from the buffet. The property was well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. 」

「We had the best experience staying at the Kings Cliff. The property is located in the hills with a fantastic view on the valley. The rooms are beautiful, clean and cosy, equipped with a chimney that was fired up every night. The restaurant serves good food and is a nice location to dine. The Kings Cliff has a very friendly and professional personal. We felt welcomed and always helped here. The housekeeper, Shekar, was very attentive, friendly and reliable. It was a pleasure having him around!...

「The towels were dirty, though they changed it the new ones were the same as old ones. Food was the worst part, nothing was available except tea and coffee. To top it off the manager was very unpleasant. About the property itself, it’s placed in a very scenic location and all we enjoyed was the nature from the room sit out. That was the good part.」

「Stayed 2 nights. The staffs were so kind and gave some advices to travel around Ooty town. They can provide a Day-tour for sightseeing in Ooty area. The most I liked was available to use hot shower in the room 24 hrs. In order to be cooler climate in Ooty, tourists may meet unexpected shower rain or chilling in moisture. In morning, the current/electoric was cut no power during a few hours, which was only inconvenient. 」
