「Hotel locked at 10pm. Hot water from 7-9am. Had to ask for towels. The reception couple were pleasant but overall not a good experience but of course it was very inexpensive 」

「Superb hotel in every way. Location is great - 1 minute from bus stop, about 3 to Charing Cross, an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens, food & shops. Attentiveness of staff & attention to detail is second to none - they even provided locally sourced cookies at the tea station in the room. Bed is possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Linens, room & bathroon are all immaculately clean. Shower is hot and has excellent pressure. Breakfast is outstanding. 」

「Fraud cheater ..!! i have booked RK WHITE CASTLE for 15th august -17th august. when i went there . no hotel found there. management has sold their hotel building to others. still they are taking reservations. they are fraud. i have to go another hotel for stay and paid more money.pls arrange refund for me and pls remove this hotel from your booking list as it is no more at current location」

「Cleaning is very poor」

「This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals.」

「Rooms were not cleaned, even the bed sheets and linen were not changed. Bathroom was very dirty too with sides of sink broken. On top of this there was no water in the bathroom in the morning.」
