• 570 square feet with living space, sleeping area and a kitchenette.
• A queen bed separated from the living space area by a sliding door.
• Living area space offers a queen bed and sofa bed, television and DVD player.
• The kitchenette is stocked with cooking utensils and a mini refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and a range top. There is no oven.
• A private bathroom with an oversized bathtub.
• The Studio Condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

This spacious studio condominium is in a wonderful first floor location with easy access to the outdoors including ski lifts and hiking trails – whatever you prefer in any season. The condominium is perfect for a couple, a small family or a couple of friends and it gives you an incredible ski-in/ski-out experience.

The condo has wooden floors throughout and a pool view with valley peaks too. The kitchenette and living space are in the first room and the bedroom dining table are located in the next. The bedroom has a sliding door for privacy. The living space also has a sectional sofa, television and coffee table. The sleeper sofa adds a spot for family or friends. Photographs of local Tahoe spots hang on the walls.

The kitchenette has an updated stainless steel counter and new tile. It comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven. The bathroom is roomy and has an oversized tub/shower.

Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals gives you access to the HOA property seasonal pool, hot tubs (inside and outside), steam room and sauna. And don’t forget the very popular ping pong room. In the winter, the condo location provides an incredible ski-in/ski-out experience, plus you are a few steps from iconic KT22.

Enjoy the short stroll to the Village for dining and après or a quick drive to several nearby Tahoe golf courses. In the summer, the Palisade Tahoe Lodge pool can add to your enjoyment, and so can the other innumerable fun activities of Olympic Valley and North Tahoe. Don’t forget, at the Palisades Tahoe Lodge property you are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
