Kitchen has been fully remodeled. New carpet and flooring throughout house. House is kept immaculately clean and is surrounded by trees. Nestled in a quiet safe neighborhood minutes from I-5. LBA park is within walking distance and has walking trails, tennis courts baseball fields and playground. Backyard patio is huge, lighted and covered so you can sit by the fire even during Pacific Northwest rainy evenings. Outdoor barbecue is also supplied.

Great property for a clean, comfortable stay.

Property was clean, organized, well-stocked and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. It offered all the comforts of home with ample space to allow everyone to engage in different activities separately or to gather together as a group.We definitely plan to book again when in the area and highly recommend this property to others!

Excellent for a work trip!

This house provided excellent lodging for my colleagues and I on a work trip. A lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of space for multiple people to work, chat, and eat throughout the day. And the communication was great too. We’ll definitely use it again if we need a space near the Capitol!
