Do you dream of spending your holidays just a few steps from a beautiful sandy beach? Then this magnificent apartment completely renovated in the Ibiza style with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) with a small sea view located 50 meters from the sandy beach of Pau Pi in Oliva is made for you.

On the top floor of a two-story building without elevator, the 60m2 apartment consists of a living-dining room with air conditioning (hot and cold) opening onto the 27m2 terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster), two double bedrooms each with fitted wardrobe (one with a 150x190 bed and the other with two 90x190 single beds that can be pushed together depending on the desired configuration) and ceiling fan, a third bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds and ceiling fan, a bathroom with Italian shower, double sink and toilet. The second 13m2 terrace is accessible from the kitchen and has a separate toilet.

Oliva Playa is a typical seaside resort built in the 70s and 80s. You will find all the services and local shops within walking distance: ice cream parlors, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, health center, local supermarkets, chiringuitos (beach bars). The supermarkets are 2km away and the city center of Oliva is only 3km away.

It is possible to park for free in the street of the building.

50 meters from the apartment is the beach of Pau Pi. In high season, swimming is supervised from 11am to 7pm.

The apartment has all the necessary equipment: sea view, two large terraces, beautiful Ibiza-style decoration, air conditioning (hot and cold), ceiling fans, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, quality bedding, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, cordless vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils and dishes for 6 people, high-speed internet, Smart TV with French and international TNT, board games.

We pay particular attention to ensuring that you have the best possible stay: cleanliness is a priority for us, we have furnished the rooms with quality bedding, the apartment is equipped with all the comforts and equipment so that you can feel at home, you will also have at your disposal a booklet with tourist information about the region to make the most of your stay.

We provide you with sheets, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas.

The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not accepted.
