Buena comunicación con propiedad y con la persona que entrega llaves (mensajes en inglés). Buen apartamento, aire acondicionado por conductos y bien equipado, tiene una terraza con buenas vistas y además excelente azotea. Bien la piscina al aire libre, la cubierta no está climatizada (agosto) y el agua estaba helada. Plaza de garage (pequeña) cerca del ascensor. No está muy lejos de la playa, pero al tener que bordear un campo de golf, hay que ir en voche. En general, un 9 de nota. Buen piscina al aire libre, la cubu bistas

Logement avec agréable terrasse
Logement calme situé dans un complexe balnéaire, bien situé mais qui manque de commerces de proximité. Le logement est très agréable et propre. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour. Bonne communication avec Jon et Julia.

No funciona el aire acondicionado ,ventanas abiertas,mosquitos ,picaduras, en fin...
Realmente el sitio está muy bien y te dejan un montón de cosas, muy amables, pero lo del aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor... no tiene disculpas.

Photos fidèles à la réalité. Appartement très propre, bien entretenu, avec tout le nécessaire, et bien fonctionnel. Grand balcon et immense terrasse au dessus (dernier étage). Une clim qui marche réellement, et en plein mois d'aout, ce n'est pas du luxe. Résidence calme, avec piscine extérieure. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de "vie" dans Oliva Golf, mais Oliva est à 10 minutes en voiture. On peut aller à la plage d'à côté à pied en 10/15 minutes. Bonne localisation pour découvrir la région, les plages, les villes et villages, et différents spots. L'acceuil sur place à été assuré par Julia, très gentille et disponible. Cerise sur le gateau, une bouteille de cava en guise de bienvenue, et tout le nécessaire dans le frigo pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain (arrivée un dimanche, donc très pratique). Merci encore ! Seul petit bémole: l'escalier en colimaçon pour rejoindre la terrasse du haut n'est pas très pratique, mais c'est un détail. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

En líneas generales bien. Limpio y buena atención. La terraza del ático estupenda. Lo único malo es el garaje, entrada complicada y plazas muy pequeñas. Imposible para coches grandes, afortunadamente en la calle no se aparca mal.

Very good apt. but needs much mantainance
The apartment follows its description, with almost everything you'll need for a great stay, but urgent mantainance is needed: the balcony has 3 lights, were 2 didn't work, so "dining" there was out of the question. The kitchen hood extractor didn't work, so cooking ment a "smelly" kitchen. Keep in mind that the terrace has a table for 4, and a BBQ, but absolutley no lights, so dining a BBQ on the terrace means you'll need to "bring a lamp from downstairs", summer is to hot to even consider using the terrace in mid-day. with all the above, with spended a great time, the pool is great and you'll have everything you need. The location is good, but not the best in town: you'll need a car for everything (beach, golf, groceries, etc.) NOTE: the building itself needs some care (painting is a must!) but those issues are outside the responsability of the owner.

A pied de la plage Costa Blanca
Après l'accueil chalheureux de Julia, découverte de l'idéal dernier étage avec solarium. L' appartement lumineux a bien correspondu à nos attentes. Nous avons apprécié l'environnement calme du beau terrain de Golf pour des nuits reposantes recherchées. Confort également de l' immense plage et des premiers commerces à pied, des deux piscines, de l'ascenceur ainsi que du stationnement privé en sous-sol. Nous avons aimé nos Vacances

Nice Property a little bit away from anywhere so car essential
Nice spacious apartment with lovely roof terrace ,nice to park car in cool shade under block.Well equipped kitchen ,with dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortable settee, Tv and DVD player and you can plug USB if you have films stored on hard drive. Unfortunately never warned over constant building work and earth removal from 07.30 till 18.30 everyday bar Sunday,so no peace and quiet (that's what we came for ) .And the lovely view will soon be blocked by new building. Apart from that it was nice sitting out in evening ,as it cooled down to 26 degrees. It is in area where there are no easy walk restaurants or bars ,beach bar is a good 20 minute walk.So a car is essential. The best view in my opinion was at the back of property out to the mountains and the lovely village of Pego, although sun rise is spectacular from roof terrace at 06.30 am out towards the sea.
