オールド ウェスト ブロード ネイバーフッド ホテル

「This hotel is in a great downtown location however, there is only valet parking and the circle drive entrance is not big enough to accommodate a truck. Can be an issue for unloading luggage. The hotel it's self is beautiful. It has been recently renovated and is very quiet. We ate breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and the food was really good!!! The room was a an odd shape but nice and large. The bed was comfortable and the room had great amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel....

「Execellent place to stay with the space and feel of a very nice apartment. Very short drive or an extended walk from downtown Savannah. Reserved parking is both a luxury for Savannah and a bit tricky. Our space was tight and way too close to a large concrete pillar. However, it appeared to be the only space with that problem. Otherwise, this was a surprising find, offering a sizeable kitchen and plenty of room. I would happily stay again.」

「We were in town for a quick getaway last week. Location was perfect - right in the Historic District and walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff was lovely and accommodating. They stored my bag prior to check-in time, and after check-out time. due to our flight arrival/departure times. Room was clean and AC worked - no complaints. Would stay again!」

「Breakfast was disappointing. There was a lot of people in line for food. They were out of plates, items had not been replenished. Things like the bread for making toast, bagels and English muffins. The juice kept running out, as did the sides like sausage and potatoes. But as stated, people were everywhere. Took 15 minutes to get my eggs. My daughter had to wait for yogurt. Food was good once we got it but the number of people seemed to be overwhelming for the number of staff working.」

「Concierge recommended a place to eat and provided us a discount. Parking folks were great too. Room view not great (looking over alley) but hotel was in great proximity to everything!!」

「The hotel is in a great location, however, my impression of this hotel is the overall service is mediocre and there is no bar. Some of the staff were not the friendliest or helpful. Perhaps it was just an off week, but I expected better service for the amount we paid for the hotel room for a 3 night stay. Specifically, the hotel has signs posted promoting The Spot, a corner of the lobby where happy hour beverages start at 430 pm daily, but the staff never opened The Spot for service, even after...

「Great but paying for managers reception having no plans to attend seemed excessive」

「Front staff is very kind for Japanese like me,not speaking and listening English well.Including manager,I think that this hotel staff are trying to serve their guests with sincerity.」

「We got a room on the third floor」

「Understaffed . No business center. I asked to get one paper printed and it took over an hour because front desk clerk was overwhelmed. The printer jammed and he was checking in customers instead of fixing printer. So no one was getting their check in paperwork and I was unable to get my printed copy. The manager did finally come out and assist after an hour. The fan in bathroom toilet area didn’t work. The couch in the lobby was filthy. Also the rug in our room was very dirty.」
